Nice place and the service perfect i will comeback again

It is a neat and clean hotel.The housekeepers definitely done a great job. The room has a huge bed even though we wanted twin, but we were satisfied with it. The drinking cups are even sealed with cling wrap, which is very hygienic. The price is reasonable with a simple breakfast provided.

Very ideas location for short trip like us was so convenient and easy to move around

The property was in central market area. Easy access to restaurants.
The room was clean. The bed was comfy. Bed sheet and pillows were clean.
I reserved non smoking room but the hotel staff gave me a smoking room without even telling me. The smell was very strong. Turning cold AC helped the smell a little bit. That is the reason that give this rating.

원래 2017.1ㅣㄴ룸 없고 더블룸밖에 2.27오후 체크인해 7박 예정이었는데 새벽에 호치민 도착해 너무 피곤해서 바로 호텔로 직행하였음.
트윈룸 예약했으나 정작 트윈베드는 없고 더블룸 뿐이었음.
대책 세워달라고 요구하였으나 프론트 근무자 극히 불친절, 더블에서 자든지 나가든지 선택강요.
길 건너편 20 부이 티 수안에 같은 A25 호텔 체인점 있어 그쪽으로 넘어가 대체 요구
트윈룸 있으나 건너편보다 더 비싸 추가요금 770,000VND 발생, 조기입실 550,000VND 비용 발생
프론트는 친절하고 응대 잘 하였으나 이번에는 방이 문제
방음이 너무 안되어 옆방은 물론 윗층에서 싸우고 심지어 아이를 때리는 소리까지 다 들림.
향후 호텔 정보에 더블/트윈룸 구비 여부를 명확히 밝혀주기 바람.
방음 상태에 대한 정보도 숙면 여부를 위해 필요한 정보이므로 추가해주기 바람.

No breakfast. Arrange breakfast for 5-10 people in the hotel.. So disappointed. .

Hotel room was small, TiVi not working and the room looks old. Service staff response was slow. Hotel area is convenient to hot areas like Ben Thanh Market and shopping areas. Overall average

Personnel ayant beaucoup de mal à trouver la réservation, si arrivée au petit déjeuner après 8h30 plus rien à manger.
Draps tachés dès l'arrivée, douche dans un état sommaire.

普通のローカルレベル、写真は嘘、朝食は二品のおかずとご飯かパンとバナナなどのフルーツ、申し訳程度です。
アメニティーも日によって揃っていたり多かったりです。

Stayed at Deluxe Triple Room for 3 nights. Room was clean, provided bottled water, towels, somewhat unstable wifi, TV, and the breakfast was wonderful. Saw a few small roaches but overall room & hotel conditions were fine. It was great quality for the price!
Hotel front desk kept our passports for us throughout the stay and had staff at the lobby early morning till past late past midnight.

Le pire hôtel dans cette ville!!, les fenêtres ne sont pas fermées correctement car elles sont défectueuses donc bruits de circulations de rues non filtrés y compris ceux du chantier de constructions situé à 15 mètres des fenêtres au 8 è étage!!, 24h/24, nuit blanche garantie même avec des boules quiès!!!. Internet quasi absent à l'étage disponible seulement à l'accueil, à éviter impérativement.

最初は分かりにくい場所でしたが、周りにはコンビニやホテルもあり暗い通りではありません。ベンタイン市場までも徒歩10分くらいです。ホテルにチェックインしたらパスポートを預かられますが、外出時に必要だといえば返してもらえます。部屋はタオル、歯ブラシもあり、タオルも毎日変えてくれます。クーラーも問題なくつきますが、ブレーカーが落ちていたことがあり、その際はフロントにお願いしたらすぐにつけてくれました。お湯は少し冷たいですが、ベトナムの気候(2月)だと我慢できました。値段相応の快適なホテルでした。

A bit too far from the city centre. My room had no window what made it a bit gloomy. Overall fine but not amazing.
