Great Stay
Pros:

Close to the airport and walkable to several eateries. Upscale modern decor throughout the hotel including the rooms. Laundry facilities available for guest use. Continental breakfast opens early (5am) which is convenient for early flights.

Cons:

L'hôtel est éloigné du centre-ville de Québec (20 minutes en voiture, près d'une heure en transports en commun).
Le petit déjeuner est sommaire et pourrait être amélioré pour des gens qui ont le temps de se poser (avec par exemple de la pâte à tartiner, des pancakes, etc), mais il semble très bien convenir à la clientèle affaire, qui est à priori la cible de cet établissement.

Pros:

Un hôtel de haut standing avec de très belles prestations ! La chambre est particulièrement spacieuse, très propre et décorée avec goût. Le personnel d’accueil est agréable, même si un petit accompagnement supplémentaire aurait été appréciable au moment de rejoindre notre chambre. Petite subtilité canadienne : le rez-de-chaussée étant comptabilisé comme un étage, nous avons cherché notre chambre au premier étage… avant de comprendre qu’elle se trouvait en réalité au RDC ! 😅 Un petit détail qui aurait facilement pu être évité avec une indication à l’arrivée.

Cela reste néanmoins un hôtel de qualité, dont nous avons apprécié le confort et les prestations, malgré ces quelques points perfectibles.

Cons:

Petit bémol également concernant le petit déjeuner, dont nous attendions un peu plus au vu du standing de l’établissement.

Sehr gutes und modernes Hotel - gerne wieder!

Immer wieder gern! Sehr modernes Hotel mit bequemen Betten, blitzsauberem Zimmer und Bad.

Cons:

Lage ist direkt an einer größeren Straße unweit des Airports. Die Zimmer sind aber sehr gut isoliert und man hört nichts.

Pros:

Man kann den Duschkopf bzw Schlauch in die Hand nehmen, das ist praktisch. Bequeme Betten, kleines Fenster zum Aufkurbeln für Frischluft. Gute Lage: Supermärkte und Restaurants sogar fußläufig zu erreichen.

Cons:

Das Reinigungs- und Küchenpersonal ist sehr unfreundlich, man hat definitiv das Gefühl die reine eigene Existenz würde bereits stören. Beim Frühstück wird bereits eine halbe Stunde vor Ende zügig abgeräumt. Es gibt nur kalte Küche, ziemlich überschaubar.
Wir hatten beide Zimmer zum Glück im Obergeschoss (muss man explizit buchen). Der Gebäudekomplex ist hellhörig und man hört und fühlt teilweise trotz Teppich jeden Schritt bzw jegliche Erschütterung des Bodens (vom Nachbarn).

I enjoyed my stay and would come back any time.
Pros:

The hotel is a quick Uber ride from the airport.
The room and bathroom were quite large - much larger than I expected - and the bed was the most comfortable bed I had in a hotel for a very long time! Everything was spotlessly clean.
At check-in and check-out the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is quite basic (I would have appreciated a few more savoury items), but was constantly refreshed by the attentive staff.
