Property location and view (high floor)
Top floor (apartment) is not well kept or even maintained at all. Leaking kitchen sink, noisy water pump, dirty bathrooms
Overall, it’s a standard and quality hotel
-The hot water doesn’t stable
- The city view is amazing, but the outside mirror is so dirty it ruins the view a bit looks like they can’t clean it.
Did not allow use of safer mobile phone virtual creditcard transaction - demanded for physical card.
Insisted on 500k cash only deposit instead of using credit card authorization.
They are obviously cost cutting brutally to a motel standard - scrimming on everything.
Bed with thin sheets for blanket like in cheap bunk. 2 soft pillows on a basic stiff mattress.
Just 1 satchet of coffee despite paying for 2 person occupancy.
Separate unlabelled switch for hot water despite having power-saving keycard system.
Barely maintained curtains.
Bathroom shower area had water flowing all around the toilet area, making the floor mat soggy all the time.
Wasted my 15 minutes during check out waiting to get back *MY* cash deposit.
A rather disappointing stay overall.
Will not repeat - even if this hotel remains operational under this management at that time.
My family and I had a great stay! The food was good, the staff were super super nice, and the breakfast was satisfying. The environment was quiet and relaxing, the room was clean and the views were absolutely amazing. The area was excellent too. Overall, a really lovely experience!

The airport pick-up service was not available even though it was included in the payment in the booking.com application. This has been confirmed with the hotel via email, but on the day of arrival, there was no pick-up. When I confirmed this matter at check-in, the staff said that this service was not available. It was very unfortunate, considering that we arrived at 23.15 PM at midnight.

I would not stay at this hotel for my next Da Nang trip. The 5 days the room that I stayed has no hot water available. I told the front desk a few times and the issue was never been solved

Clean and quiet room, Nice gym, excellent breakfast buffet, convenient o walk or ride to Da Nang or the beach. Very close to the Dragon Bridge and Night Market. Can't wait to visit again!!
The location is very good. Walking to dragon bridge and night market.
The rooms need to be taken care of. Water leakage, AC not working and breakfast was cleared out at 915 even though timing is till 930 AM.
Except for location nothing was good
Air conditioning not working, unresponsive staff, old infrastructure, Reception and restaurants share open space so reception smells with seafood
