L’accueil était chaleureux, Ghizlane était bienveillante ainsi que abdelilah si je me rappelle bien de son nom

Cons:

Accueil agréable à notre arrivée, mais malheureusement le reste du séjour a été très décevant.
Dès notre arrivée, la chambre avait une mauvaise odeur et les taies d’oreiller ne semblaient pas avoir été changées. Nous avons dû demander leur remplacement. Concernant le ménage, les grandes serviettes n’ont pas été changées pendant plusieurs jours. On nous a ensuite expliqué qu’il fallait obligatoirement les mettre par terre pour qu’elles soient remplacées, sans que cette règle nous ait été précisée auparavant.
Autre grosse déception : à 18h, alors que nous étions encore installés sur les transats de la plage pour profiter du soleil, le personnel est venu récupérer les matelas sur lesquels nous étions allongés, sans aucune information préalable. Une attitude peu soucieuse du confort des clients.
La restauration était plutôt correcte, mais dans l’ensemble, nous sommes très déçus. De plus, l’hôtel est assez différent des photos présentées sur Booking.

Hotel gdzie wszędzie jest brud.
Pros:

1. Lokalizacja jest dobra, przy plaży, widok na morze.
2. Pokój jest dość duży. Jest sejf. Balkon.
3. Ciekawe dania na posiłkach. Duży wybór. Codziennie coś przygotowane na bieżąco. .

Cons:

1. Brud! Hotel jest obrzydliwie brudny.. Może nawet nie same pokoje, co wszystkie części wspólne: korytarze, okna, przestań wokół barów no i jadalnia. Tam jest strasznie brudno, podloga nie myta chyba tygodniami, talerze kleją się od spodu.
2. Organuzacja: check-in jest od 15.00. Byliśmy w hotelu o 15.30. Okazało się, że pokój jeszcze nie jest gotowy! W dniu wyjazdu o 8.00 czekaliśmy w recepcji 15 min żeby zrobić check-out, ponieważ nie było ani jednego pracownika. Recepcja była pusta!
3.Zachowanie personelu. W dniu zameldowania chcieliśmy pobrać ręczniki plażowe ok 17, usłyszeliśmy że nie ma już ręczników, że przychodzimy spóźnieni, za późno i jesteśmy sami sobie winni. To było wyjątkowo chamskie. Jak by hotel nie wiedział, że goście meldujący się danego dnia mogę chcieć wziąć ręcznik.
4. Wieczorne animacje. Koszmarna muzyka ni do słychania, ni do tańca. Żadnych pokazów, miejscowej kultury, folkloru, rozrywki.
5. Rezerwowanie leżaków przy basenie o 7 rano.

The view from my room was exquisite, and I truly enjoyed it. The food was clean, delicious, and varied which is the most important thing for an all-inclusive stay The msemen at breakfast was excellent a real highlight for me

Good hotel for a short break.
Pros:

The hotel ticked all the boxes of my expectations: location, meals and bedroon.
Ghizlane at reception was particularly kind and welcoming 💗

Cons:

Breakfast time indicated at reception was not quite respected: It took at least 30 minutes after the opening hour to get the stations fully delivering the food.

Molt massificat. És un mega complex on no hi ha atenció particular. Vàrem tenim una situació desagradable que ens la va solucionar el cap de l'hotel (molt atent) després d'insistir molt i de fer molta pressió a recepció.
