Pros:

The reception staff were so lovely.

If I am being that picky I would change the small plastic cups around the pool to slightly more less flimsy ones

It was a very good experience for me and my family
Pros:

Most of the personal was very friendly. A special thanks to Nora (the head of reservation). She was very professional and funny with big smile. She will fix any issue you will face in the hotel.

Cons:

I didn't appreciate the fact that we need to keep a caution for each towel. For the price we are paying for the room, it doesn’t make sense to keep a caution for each towel.

Cons:

*Je n'ai pas apprécié qu'on donne à un couple, une chambre avec 2 lits séparés alors que au debut de la reservation, il a été demandé:2 chambres,une avec un grand lit et l'autre avec 2 lits séparés. On a fait avec à la fin.
*le dernier jour, la climatisation était hors service ainsi que le wifi. Dommage...

Emplacement
Je voyagé avec mon fils et on nous a donner une chambre double ensuite à ma demande on m'a vite changé a une chambre avec 2 lits qui avait un petit terrace avec vu sur la piscine.

Cons:

Les transats pris a partir de 7heures du matin et reste vide le plus par du temps impossible d'en avoir au bord de la piscine.
Les chats qui mouille les cousins sur les chaises dans la Salle a manger, la nourriture laissé par terre du souper jusqu'à le petit dej, a la reception on a insister +++que je fait cette evaluation avant de partir et quand j'ai refusé n'etait pas content.

Equipements tops, restauration et bar très bien, emplacement top mais problème évident d'accueil

J'ai aimé l'emplacement en front de mer, les piscines, les bars et la qualité de la restauration

Cons:

L'accueil très mauvais, où on a voulu me faire payer des suppléments dès mon arrivée (on m'est tombé dessus alors que ma réservation était conforme)...1ere fois que je suis accueillie de cette manière dans un hôtel.
L'organisation du personnel pas à la hauteur : l'accueil ne fait aucun effort pour rendre merveilleux le voyage (car tout est tb au niveau équipement): nous avions 4 nuits et possibilité de réserver 3 restaurants ....avec les regles psychorigides, voire ridicules, nous avons fini par avoir 1 restaurant le dernier soir!!! alors que les restaurants sont vides au 3/4!

Pour les serviettes de plage, le même sketch! on ne les as jamais eu ....heureusement que nous avions les notres!

Et l'équipe d'animation bien que professionnelle lors des spectacles, ne sait pas intégrer ses nouveaux arrivants (notamment nos ados qui auraient aimé participer.....nous étions 1 semaine avant à Marrackech ou c'était exactement le contraire)
