It was one of the best holidays we have had would definitely recommend to friends and family

The hotel was very clean had all the amenities needed for an excellent break, gym,plenty of pools, beautiful kept grounds. All the staff were very friendly always happy and welcoming.
We had the breakfast which was excellent a very large selection of choice.
The restaurant staff were very efficient and organised couldn't do enough for the guests. It was a very nice atmosphere

Cons:

The only thing was the bedroom sink kept blocking but housekeeping quickly got someone to sort it out .
The air freshener in the reception/lobby could do to be a little subtle was quite strong.

Hôtel devant la plage où nous étions déjà venus il y a une vingtaine d'années et avions gardé un excellent souvenir : l'hôtel avait alors un très bon rapport qualité-prix et un accès direct à la mer qui n'existe plus aujourd'hui : il faut sortir de l'hôtel et faire tout le tour pour se rendre à la plage.

Nous avions demandé une chambre avec un grand lit et n'avons retrouvé que deux lits simples juxtaposés
Petit déjeuner très quelconque avec du faux jus d'ananas beaucoup trop dilué.et de nombreux jus de légumes betteraves concombres et mix peu appétissants.
le jus d'orange fait devant les clients était ensuite largement coupé d'eau avec beaucoup de sucre rajouté, avant de le proposer aux clients de l'hôtel dans un distributeur.
J'en ai fait la remarque sur place, on m'a répondu que c'était faux, et que c'était les oranges qui étaient particulièrement sucrées !!! C'est ce que l'on peut appeler prendre les clients pour des C.... et c'est indigne d'un grand hôtel.

fuite dans la douche
Très mauvais temps lors de notre séjour, pour lequel l'hôtel n'y est bien sûr pour rien, mais nous aurions apprécié un accès au spa qui ne soit pas avec un supplément vu le prix initial de la chambre...

Terrible Stay and Poor Customer Service

Cons:

Morning Security Guard, was so rude and so unprofessional. Room Intercom was not working at all damage phone. The hotel has been so slow in customer service and low performance in replying to customers complaints. I dont recommend anyone to stay there
