Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ghizlane, who made our holiday truly unforgettable and perfect. The food was delicious, and the beautiful beachfront location was simply amazing. We loved every moment and would highly recommend this hotel. We can’t wait to come back

Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour aux Dunes d’Or. la localisation est parfaite, le buffet super, la plage privée est accessible en traversant seulement la promenade c’était parfait. Zineb, Ghizlane, Loubna et Noura à la réception ont été d’une grande délicatesse et d’une belle attention envers notre famille, nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’aide apportée. Globalement tout le personnel de l’hôtel est gentil et prévenant, nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel 🥰

Nie polecamy, niestety bardzo słaby obiekt.
Pros:

Obiekt dobrze skomunikowany pod względem bliskości do oceanu oraz miasta. Przed obiektem zawsze stały taksówki.

Cons:

Niestety nasz pobyt w hotelu Dunes d’Or okazał się dużym rozczarowaniem. Obiekt jest ogólnie brudny, mocno zaniedbany i zdecydowanie nie spełnia standardów, których można oczekiwać od hotelu czterogwiazdkowego, nawet biorąc pod uwagę lokalne standardy.

Pokoje – brud, smród i brak komfortu

Pierwszy pokój, który otrzymaliśmy, miał okropny zapach kanalizacji i stęchlizny. Po zgłoszeniu problemu recepcja zgodziła się wymienić nam pokój. Znaleźliśmy taki, w którym śmierdziało nieco mniej, jednak nadal zapach był bardzo nieprzyjemny.

Sam pokój był zaniedbany, a materace tak twarde, że mieliśmy wrażenie spania na kamieniach. Prysznic to połączenie kamienia i grzyba na deszczownicy, przez co korzystaliśmy wyłącznie ze słuchawki prysznicowej.

Dodatkowo ogromnym problemem były komary. Każdego wieczoru poświęcaliśmy około 30 minut na ich wyszukiwanie i likwidowanie w pokoju, żeby móc spokojnie zasnąć.

Baseny – zimna woda, brud i brak odpowiedniej konserwacji

Woda w basenach jest zimna, natomiast jedyny basen podgrzewany dostępny jest wyłącznie dla dorosłych i za dodatkową opłatą. W basenach widać odpadające kafelki oraz zabrudzenia.

Byliśmy już w dziesiątkach hoteli i resortów na świecie. W każdym z nich po zakończeniu dnia obsługa porządkowała teren basenowy, ustawiała leżaki, sprzątała i przygotowywała wszystko na kolejny dzień. Tutaj nie zauważyliśmy takich działań. Całość sprawia wrażenie miejsca pozostawionego bez odpowiedniej opieki.

Wyżywienie – przeciętne, a nawet słabe

Na szczęście zdecydowaliśmy się wyłącznie na śniadania, bez opcji all inclusive. Już same śniadania były rozczarowujące – przeciętna jakość produktów, mało zachęcające jedzenie i poziom, który naszym zdaniem jest niski nawet jak na afrykański hotel czterogwiazdkowy.

Podsumowanie

Hotel Dunes d’Or sprawia wrażenie obiektu, który od lat nie przeszedł porządnego remontu i jest niewystarczająco utrzymywany.

The guy at the restaurant took dollars and gave is dirhams back, but he kept some money for himself without asking. We noticed and sorted out, but it was not pleasant.

Направьте холодильник и сделать косметический ремонт всего и вся.
Pros:

На регистрации приветливый персонал, один черный араб даже разговаривал по русски немного. Заселили очень быстро, без волокиты. Араб довел до номера. Т.н. "Шведский стол" полностью устраивал, не обжирались, хотя можно было. Много сыров и напитков. У отеля свои лежаки, но нет кабинок для переодевания. Для детей развлечения есть. Номер подуставший, но не фатально. Много интересных растений на территории отеля, которые мы видели первый раз в жизни (мы из Ижевска) и которые почти все ядовитые : )
Самое главное !!! ШИКАРНЫЙ АТЛАНТИЧЕСКИЙ ОКЕАН !!!

Cons:

Холодильник не холодил, а грел.

Great stay, lovely hotel and fantastic service
Pros:

Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel in Agadir!

I arrived earlier than the normal check-in time and was offered an early check-in along with a lovely upgrade to a sea-view room, which was a great start to the holiday!

A special mention to Zineb on reception, who was absolutely fantastic throughout my stay. She was so friendly, welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. She showed me to my room and took the time to explain everything about the hotel and the local area. She was also really supportive with advice on excursions, places to visit, things to do and how much I should expect to pay, which was really useful.

The rooms were good, clean and tidy, with fresh bottles of water provided every day. The food was also really good, with plenty of choice, especially at dinner. I particularly enjoyed the Moroccan-themed evening, which was a nice touch and something a little different.

On my last day, I had a late flight, and Zineb was again really helpful in arranging a late checkout so I could keep my room until later in the afternoon, which made a big difference.

Overall, a really enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was good and the hotel had everything I needed.

A big thank you to Zineb for going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. She’s a real credit to the hotel!

Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again!

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko plazy i komfortowe leżaki. Bardzo zróżnicowane jedzenie, zawsze świeże i smaczne. Kelnerzy i kucharze zawsze usmiechnieci i profesjonalni. Pokoje codziennie wysprzątane. Bardzo pomocna obsługa w recepcji Ghizlane i Houcine, Loubna, które pomogły nam z późniejszym wymeldowanie i przechowanie bagażu.

Cons:

Pokoje wymagają nieco odnowienia.
