Pros:

Hotel location, tidy, rooms are nice. Breakfast and buffet. Massage spa and beach. Let us check in early, check out took 1 min. Staff remember you and are so kind

Cons:

Nothing. Other reviews say there is bad WiFi but I got a ‘hola fly’ e-sim so had data the entire time.

L’emplacement près des magasins.

Cons:

Salle de bain à rénover.
Manque beaucoup de parasols autour des piscines.
Des gobelets et consommations renversés sous les transats.
Transats beaucoup trop serrés. Aucun espace avec le voisin.
Et le comble, on a voulu nous faire payer un bed à 16 h 30, face à la mer, pour la somme de 360 dirhams, alors que c’était non utilisé.
La plage privée est inexistante.
Je tiens à préciser que j’avais réservé une nuit en ALL INCLUS.

Je suis très déçue de ce séjour. La présence de mouettes partout (fenêtres, balcons, piscine) était très gênante, et des fientes partout. On ne peut meme pas dormir avec le bruit des mouettes.
Ce n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. Les Mouettes se mettent sur nos table et mangent des plats assiette c'est dangereux pour santé

Pros:

Big and spread out! Sports bar and other bar were good. Reception was beautiful and smelt nice. Rooms were lovely. Bottle of water left outside room was a nice touch

Cons:

ATM in the lobby wasn’t working, towels could do with being updated. We didn’t love breakfast it was a bit chaotic

The hotel has a great location close to the beach, and the pool area was very nice and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean.

J’ai passé un très agréable moment à l’hôtel, les dunes d’or.
Pros:

Un cadre magnifique avec un personnel très accueillant. Je recommande cet établissement sans habitation.
