Hvis du ikke ønsker å bruke mer enn 40 dollar/natt, er Baanlay gull. Du får det du betaler for, pluss litt mer: Gull service fra de to brødrene som driver stedet, og herlig beliggehet midt i tjukkeste Ao Nang, men likevel avskjermet fra støy. 50 meter til stranden.

The booking was including the breakfast but unfortunately the reception say they have no providing breakfast. Besides that the room, toilet and fan was dirty. My room heater shower was break down. Conclusion feel disappointed staying 2 night at this kind of room.

Worst possible. Got cheated. Breakfast not given even though our booking included breakfast. Wash rooms were horrible.

Air conditioning is not that cold. Staff cannot be found when needed.
Breakfast in the package is not being served. They enter the room when your not around.

The place it's good for one night only, walking street,food,street market, dinning. House hotel its only good if you can get cheaper online, if not pay little more and get something better for your money. Owner and staff operated by indians,NOT good service.If you're lucky, breakfast will start at 11:30am. It's that enough reviews? Thanks.

Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach und anders ausgestattet als auf den Bildern. Ein Leistungsvergleich vor Ort zeigte uns, dass es weit aus bessere Unterkünfte zu diesem Preis gibt. Der Service vor Ort ist O.K.

The address that was given to us was incorrect; the taxi took us to a dirt road in the middle of nowhere using the address that was emailed in the room reservation confirmation. It took a few times of calling the hotel before somebody picked up. The hotel was in fact 40 minutes away from that address!
When we arrived we quickly learned that the photos used to show the rooms are very outdated. The furniture is falling apart, the sheets were dirty and had holes, and there were bugs eating away at the MDF board of the armoire. The sink in the bathroom is not even properly mounted. The shower is a wet room, not a shower. We asked to be moved to a different room and that room was the same with the exception of the bugs in the cupboard.
We were not comfortable staying there and found a room next door at another place that was in much better condition.

Sänky oli tuettu tiiliskivillä.Ei jääkaappia eikä mitään muitakaan mukavuuksia.Kylpyhuonetta ei voi sanoa kylpyhuoneeksi vaan se oli vc jossa oli alapääsuihku.Aamiasravintola oli tosi sotkuinen, tupakantumppeja pitkin lattioita.Aamiaiseksi tuotiin 2 paahtoleipää ja kananmuna , veitset ja haarukat oli varmaan jonkun toisen käyttämiä , juomia...kahvia ja mehua ei saatu.Oli varattu 4 yöksi oltiin yksi yö ja lähdettiin pois.Rahoja ei saatu takaisin koska respan mieskin oli häipynyt...yes...matkailu avartaa...Kuvat huoneista netissä eivät pidä paikkaansa.Ko. ns. Bungalowit ei ole kuvien mukaisia huoneita, eikä ne ole bungaloweja. Vaikka on meren rannalla, merelle joutuu kävellä pitkästi, ellei mieli mennä ruokaravintolan läpi.En suosittele.

Ich war nur 2 Nächte im Hotel. Viel mehr ist aber auch nicht zumuhtbar. Eigentlich ist das Hotel ok, aber viel zu teuer im verhältnis was man bekommt. Einziger Vorteil ist die Lage.

This place was horrible. The staff were lazy and rude, the bed sheets were dirty and the room smelt funny. We borrowed beach towels one day and put them on the pile of dirty towels later that afternoon. The next day we asked for beach towels but instead of getting clean ones, the man (who was still in bed in the reception at 10am) just picked up our dirty ones from the previous day and gave them back to us. Luckily we could tell they were ours, but that's not the point.
We were there for 4 nights and not once did they come in to empty the bin or sweep the floor. We're not fussed about having the bed made etc, but considering this is right next to the beach, sand gets on your shoes and feet so it would have been nice if they'd given it a quick sweep in the morning.
When making our booking, it said it included a free breakfast - when we asked about this they said no, there's no breakfast.
All the guy seemed bothered about was making sure he'd received his payment, then getting rid of us on the day we checked out!
There were no pleasantries whatsoever, no smile when checking in (or at any other time during our stay).
We felt like we were an inconvenience to them by staying there.
Overall...don't bother staying here! There are plenty of other hotels around Ao Nang which I'm sure will provide a service 100x better than here.

Bokade hotellet för att sova fyra nätter i ao nang. Kom dit, otrevlig arrogant personal. Vi hade köpt med frukost, men plötsligt ingick inte det. Rummen var små, och smutsiga. Sängkläder smutsiga, fläkt/ac saknades.

Vi bokade nytt hotell direkt och lämnade hotellet.
