Clean, reasonably priced, decent breakfast : solid 3-star property.

A 20 mn de route du centre de Limassol (port) dans une zone résidentielle. Voiture obligatoire. Chambre spacieuse mais sans rideau occultant : réveil assuré à 5 heures du matin en mai.
Pas d'eau chaude le matin alors qu'il y en avait la veille au soir. Petit déjeuner à partir de 8 h seulement, j'ai dû partir à 7h30 pour l'aéroport...
La piscine ferme à 18h. Dommage, je suis arrivé au check-in à 17h30. Travaux à 50 mètres sur une nouvelle construction qui démarrent à 7h. Peu de clients lors de mon passage.
Bref, je comprends mieux le tarif de 50 euros la nuit...

Pro: nette Personal, Ruhige Lage, großes Zimmer. Klimaanlage funktioniert gut.
Contra: Das Hotel ist renovierungs- oder erneuerungsbedürftig. Das Frühstück ist nicht gut.

Das Hotel ist mit dem Auto ca. 12 Minuten vom Altstadt entfernt, für Autobesitzer ist die Lage optimal.

Very clean

We arrived early and was greeted by a very friendly man who let us have access to the room despite 2 hrs early

Room was very clean , large bed and nice balcony - every day the room was cleaned and fresh towells !

Swimming pool is fresh water and they take real pride in this , excellent pool area too !

Walk up the hill , kiosk and 2 restaurants , both excellent too

Breakfast was brilliant selection and fresh , overall I would highly recommend this hotel as real value for money , great staff , thanks so much we will be back !

Just stayed 6 hours. Nothing was wrong

Everything was just perfect! The hotel is excellent – clean, tidy, and with a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was included and absolutely amazing – very delicious with a wide variety to choose from. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

Faculté de stationnement. Petit déjeuné avec pas mal de choix, du sucre du salé et des fruit frais. Pour la literie, elle est clairement date, les lits grincent dès que l autre se tourne, ça fait pas mal de bruit. Faut pas avoir le sommeil léger. Nous avons Pas testé la piscine. La chambre était propre. Par contre peu de restaurant autour. Il faut marché y. Peu ou prendre la voiture.

fueron fantásticos, nos equivocamos de día y nos lo cambiaron sin penalización.

Had a good time, Everything was nice, clean, lovely staff and a clean swimming pool.
Only one thing notice, we went their August very hot weather and that air condition machine in the room was not working properly because it was very old one.

The hotel is in need of a bit of work, broken tiles in the bathroom, the smallest TV I have ever seen and all Greek no English channels at all.
The bar is un manned most of the time so very slow and even though breakfast is included I don't like dried out bacon and rubber eggs, not good

Stayed at hotel during a very busy Limassol period, and therefore there was a lot of noise from opening and closing doors all night long

Stayed before so know hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff.

j'ai été agréablement surpris par la qualité de ce petit hôtel . On s'occupe bien de vous , le déj est bien car il y a juste ce qu'il faut et le staff est à votre écoute .Seul hic , la distance avec le centre ville et la plage ...Prévoir un peu de marche pour les courageux ou le taxi !

My stay for for a works do,which was held in the hotel, my room was fine, clean, and I had not problems with it. The thing that I was not happy with, was that the room did not include breakfast, and in fact breakfast is now no longer available at all in the off season due to the economic climate. There was not even tea or coffee making facilities in the room. This was especially annoying as I had stayed there 3 years previously, and a large buffet breakfast was included, and the room was 10 euros cheaper.
