Hola pague por internet nos acercamos al hotel y dijo el señor que nos atendió que no avía entrado ninguna reserva pague por débito pero no me descontó bueno le dijimos tenés abitacion si bueno deja esa y te reservo ahora y me dijo no primero tenés que anular la otra que pasaste para poder darte una abitacion no puede anular no se porque nos tuvimos que ir un desastre íbamos a pagar efectivo no quiso darnos abitacion así que no puedo puntuar desde el holls ya todo mal
