It's really comfortable staying here, even if it's only for a day. But it suits me. The staff are friendly, the food is delicious, and the rooms are clean. The receptionists and bellboys are very helpful. Thank you.

If you want to search for a budget Hotel with strategic place, I can recommend this place. The room was clean, it's near Transjakarta Bus Stop, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is delicious and there's also a water dispenser in each hall.

Good location, walk to Lotte Mall and easy Grab drop off and pick up. Please install the Grab app before arriving. Professional helpful staff. Bar/restaurant was good, both breakfast and a cold beer at night. Lack of hand towels and hair dryer in room. Massage was good but only 50 minutes, not 1 hr.

The best experience I river had staying in this hotel, friendly staff and clean and tidy room, the place are very strategic close to every place in Jakarta so it easy access if you want to go to other places, Taste of the food are very delicious as well good job for the chef, Thank you for Mr. Rigo he is very helpful person

Rooms is good, and staff is friendly, especially thanks for mr dani .. so helpful and humble person.. make our family so happy being there ,and the food is good.. my recommend is sop iga and soto ayam, so delicious .. and im promise i will come back to fave gatot subroto jakarta

the air conditioner is not working, and the front staff is not responding at all, very terrible experience，couldn't sleep at all because of the hot weather

As someone who travels to Jakarta for Business trip, Fave Hotel Gatot Subroto (KC) Jakarta by far is my favourite hotel. Everything about the property is exceptional! The room was so clean, extremely spacious and beautifully presented. The level of service offered by all the staffs is consistently exceptional, especially Mr. Nyoman is a very humble General Manager .They're always so friendly, polite and professional. I can't speak more highly of this hotel and its staff. Thank you to all at Fave Hotel Gatot Subroto (KC) for always making my stay so memorable and enjoyable in every way. Hope to see you soon .

Mendapat kamar yang terletak di tengah2 gedung (tidak ada pemandangan sama sekali).
Tidak bisa pindah ke kamar non smoking lain dengan outside view dikarenakan tidak ada kamar.
Selain itu malamnya mendengar bunyi2 dari lantai atas yang sangat mengganggu.

Clean, service was great, and restaurant within and convenient store next door.

朝食付きで周辺の4星以上のホテルと比べると断然安い。
ただ部屋に冷蔵庫とドライヤーがなかったのが残念でした。

プラスチック削減のため、部屋にミネラルウォーターのボトルがない。代わりに、水差しを持って廊下のウォーターディスペンサーで給水した。部屋にティッシュペーパーもなかった。

Good value for money with respect to location and friendly staff. Also availability of a tasty meal (they have their own "café") were you can even get a beer was a good offering. However, the rooms are small and can do with an overhaul. They are clean though. I was there as it was close to a work appointment and needed to do some preparation however, the workspace in the room is minimal and made it hard to spread out comfortably. Certainly a good stop for tourists as the main drag into the CBD hot spots is a short 10 min walk away with many shopping centers around. As a business traveler I see a lot of hotels and from a business perspective, this one would be ranked as average.
