I was double charged

Cons:

Booking is supposed to be 10: or 11 am. i reached there before 11 a.m., and I was told to check in and was told i wouldn't be able to assign a room until 3 pm. My Reservation did not set that.

Their dinner menu is extremely expensive. All guests should make alternative dinner arrangements
Pros:

The location was great and quiet.

Cons:

They don’t have twin bed options so they only offer a double bed which is incredibly inconvenient for friends travelling together. Dinner is exorbitantly expensive by any standard.

Overall we liked it and the staff was very helpful but there are somethings that can be improved.
Pros:

The breakfast was really good.
The location was excellent.
The front desk staff were very helpful.
We really enjoyed the pool.

Cons:

We had occasion to call maintenance to sort out the leaking AC unit. We thought the response time was too slow. The maintenance guys were good when they came but the wait was too long.
Similarly we booked a room for 3 people but had to keep calling to request the towel sets for the 3rd person and each time we had a long wait even needing to call on more than one occasion.
The hotel is a bit dated.

Excellent location, stellar staff, charming accommodations. Amazing breakfast!
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing and so were the staff. From check in to check out everything went smoothly and Mr. Devon and Mr. Fitzroy as well as the stellar front desk staff were so warm and welcoming!

Best place to be
Pros:

Great customer service amazing friendly and loving staff, very clean environment food was excellent. I loved the breakfast varieties and taste 😋 I would recommend anyone to stay at Terra Nova on any occasion, and i will definitely return, thanks guys for making my stay a remarkable one

Cons:

My only issue was the television, trips in and out weren't able to watch, and the pillows I think need changing

Pros:

Lovely hotel. I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I slept well.

Cons:

There was a late night music event, which finished at 12pm. I found this disturbing, as I was in bed at 10.30pm. The breakfast was very limited to traditional style. There were no fruits, or continental options. Hopefully this could be reviewed in the near future.
