Pros:

Great customer service. Jadia,Trishania.Devan.Mr Herbert are outstanding in the customer service skills and support services. Awesome staff

Cons:

Someone complain lout making noise and we where call .My dad who is.82 years old was in the room with me No one came up stairs to check out the situation .We where not making any noise.no music or anything. Don't like that.

Really nice colonial style hotel I always use when I am in Kingston but check first for events!
Pros:

Whenever you book that hotel you have to ask whether they have an event. Stayed there on a Saturday evening and the outside bar had an event with loud music until 1am that made my floor vibrate and the windows shake.

It has been a month and a half and I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned. The hotel have not responded to my emails and telephone call.

Great stay
Pros:

Central location, beautiful property and grounds. The bed!!! Omg, best night sleep in a while, friendly staff. That cucumber welcome drink was the best! Overall good breakfast and room service

Cons:

Contacted the property twice via Booking to organise airport transfer. No reply at all. Sorted this with family.

Room service: I ordered the burger with no mushrooms. It had a couple small pieces on arrival. Luckily I’m not allergic, it’s just something I don’t enjoy eating.

Pros:

I was double charged

Cons:

Booking is supposed to be 10: or 11 am. i reached there before 11 a.m., and I was told to check in and was told i wouldn't be able to assign a room until 3 pm. My Reservation did not set that.

Overall we liked it and the staff was very helpful but there are somethings that can be improved.
Pros:

The breakfast was really good.
The location was excellent.
The front desk staff were very helpful.
We really enjoyed the pool.

Cons:

We had occasion to call maintenance to sort out the leaking AC unit. We thought the response time was too slow. The maintenance guys were good when they came but the wait was too long.
Similarly we booked a room for 3 people but had to keep calling to request the towel sets for the 3rd person and each time we had a long wait even needing to call on more than one occasion.
The hotel is a bit dated.

Their dinner menu is extremely expensive. All guests should make alternative dinner arrangements

The location was great and quiet.

Cons:

They don’t have twin bed options so they only offer a double bed which is incredibly inconvenient for friends travelling together. Dinner is exorbitantly expensive by any standard.
