Overall pleasant stay
Pros:

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The hotel was in a convenient location - near convenience stores and train station. Good value stay for the price and would likely return here in the future.

Cons:

Shared microwave was provided, but it was placed right next to the indoor smoking area. I think that it could be placed in a different location to accommodate those who wish to avoid inhaling unwanted fumes.

朝食会場のスタッフさん、どなたも笑顔でテキパキと動かれて好感持てました。メニューは豊富ですが、1週間も滞在すると、毎日同じメニューなのは飽きました。

Cons:

朝食にはお酒は要らないと思います。混んでて席を待ってるお客様がいるのに、お酒を飲みながらゆーーっくりされてる方がいて空気読めよ！と思いました

雪の日は、暖かかったが、乾燥がすごかった。
Pros:

つくりが、下履きエリアと、上履きエリアがあり、アメニティも必要なものがあり、無駄がでないように配慮されていた

Cons:

かなり寒かった日だったが、かなり部屋の中が乾燥して、カラカラだった。加湿を考慮してもらえるとありがたい。

満足しています。
Pros:

朝食バイキング料理質が良かったです。
係の方の誘導は素晴らしかったです。
家族でふた部屋予約してありましたが、向かい合わせの部屋にして頂きありがたかったです。

Cons:

施設自体は古いと思いますが、清掃は行き届いていました。
朝食会場が狭いと思います。
