Don't feel like it was up to par for a typical Hyatt and their reputations.
Pros:

Was a good central location to all major attractions, free breakfast was nice. Room with double bed and pull out couch was convenient. Like the secure front doors that required a key card as well as the elevator to go to different floors.

Cons:

Location is downtown and noisy, decent drive to major family attractions. Room was very worn with lots of cosmetic damages and sub par cleanliness. Parking fees were ridiculous. First room we got smelled so bad like marijuana, they got us a different one but the staff also smelled of it at the front desk. Pool was disgusting, our kids wanted to swim and the water had tons of hair in it and was murky so we said no.

Blue shirt grey hair lady at front desk. Didn't see her name but was wearing a name tag.
Pros:

I loved the comfort of the room and bed, bathroom was clean and overall the hotel was clean

Cons:

The lady in morning on April 13th, my husband had gone down to breakfast, and forgot what room we were in. The front desk lady was rude and said she could make him leave. Very unprofessional when he clearly is a guest in your hotel. We stayed there on Wednesday, and loved it that is why I booked it again on our way home from our honeymoon. I will not be coming back if that lady is there. She was even rude when I came to check out

As long as you don’t mind noise, absolutely amazing!
Pros:

The location was perfect to be able to get almost anywhere at the Old Market. Traffic was pretty loud but they offer complimentary ear buds! Also the staff were so kind and accommodating.

Cons:

The beds were a little uncomfortable and the elevator was a little sketchy, but otherwise an amazing place!

Average , clean and noisy hotel in downtown Omaha.
Pros:

Clean room, well situated for central city. Ok standard breakfast.

Cons:

Very noisy neighbors from around 5:30am to about 11pm (slightly beyond quiet hours; normally children don’t bother me, however these were extremely noisy for at least 1/2 hour morning and night); noise insulation very poor. No shower cap, no bathrobe or disposable slippers; very small pool (not for lap purpose). Dated. Small fitness room.

Was okay for one night but wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the front staff was friendly.

Cons:

The parking garage was dirty and had a lot of cigarette butts and trash littering the parking lots and the bulbs in the garage entry way are half burnt out. Other guests were having loud room parties, taking bar drinks up double fisted in the elevator and loud obnoxious folks running up and down the hall hollering.

It was a great stay and Matt and staff are so accommodating
Pros:

The staff is super friendly and helpful my son has celiac disease and the manger Matt gave us some place that were great spot for him to eat, also their breakfast was the best I have had in a long time staying at a hotel, the place is so clean and the room are clean the beds the comfy even the pull out bed from the couch the room was a great size, the bathroom was prefect, we used the gym and it had everything we needed, we use the pool it was a good temp and my son loved it. The food at the placey was good too they have a small menu but it was prefect for a small little lunch before a day of shopping and they were so accommodating from the Parking garage to a special ordering of food, they charge $25 dollar a day to park in the garage but it worth it, u can come and go for one flat rate and everything down town is meter parking anyways so we save money in the long run, we were happy and the price for our stay was good one. We asked for south east room so we had a view of the city and it was worth it we stayed in the 10 floor and could see over the city it was nice

Cons:

The pool area is little run down it was still ok to swim in but it was not as nice as the rest of the hotel and there isn’t hot tub that was disappointing but I like the the gym looked into the pool area so my son could swim and I could work out and still see if (my son is older) but a hot tub would have been a great thing to have after shopping and waking all day to relax in

EXCELLENT
Pros:

I loved the security the place offered with the location being downtown Omaha! I felt safe and very comforted. I also loved the hospitality, cleanliness, and everything the facility offered!

Cons:

I didn’t like paying extra for parking without knowing prior to checking in!

Recomendable para un fin de semana en familia.
Pros:

Ubicación muy céntrica.
Habitación amplia.

Cons:

El desayuno quizás fue más flojo. Algo más variado (bacon, bollería, etc). El almíbar de la fruta no acompañaba si se trata de fruta fresca.
