Disappointing.
Pros:

Full breakfast was nice.

Cons:

The photos did not match the property. This is a rather run down, basic hotel. The pool in particular was much smaller than the photos indicate. Some of the photos are definitely not even of this same hotel. There is no bar or restaurant as advertised. You order at the front desk. It’s false advertising.

Pros:

Great location. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Problem on arrival in room - heat wasn't working properly. Later in visit couldn't switch to air. Required maintenance for both issues. Disability room wo walk in shower is very unusual and not good. Staff at times dominated elevator use.

Pros:

The location was convenient.

Cons:

The bed was very stiff and uncomfortable. The walls are thin, so we could hear other guests and street noise. There was a strobing light from some alarm on the wall that made it difficult to sleep.
The layout of the building is a little unique so more signage would have helped.

Pros:

Excellent location! Easy access to the parking garage. Walking distance to everything downtown. Friendly helpful staff

Cons:

A bit noisy with all the firetrucks and ambulances that drive by.
