Pros:

I was really thankful for the welcome in the early morning on Thursday after arriving by train. The location of the hotel is really in the downtown, and the room was very clean and comfortable against the cold December in Nebraska. The view from my room was fortunately nice, and I loved the bed and the couch. The breakfast coffee was good.

The hotel was in a convenient location for me with access to public parking (that wasn't free, but reasonably inexpensive), and I enjoyed the complementary breakfast.
