Overpriced and under maintained.
Pros:

The room was comfortable. The hotel is in a great location.

Cons:

There were only two elevators and they were slow. The men’s restroom in the lobby area smelled bad and two toilets were broken. Breakfast was super crowded and I had to ask a staff member for a fork as the silverware bins were empty. I ended up taking my breakfast up to my room and—due to the two slow elevators—it was cold when I finally got there. For what we paid, the hotel should have been better maintained. They also need to rethink their serving arrangements at breakfast. I won’t be back.

Solid. Amazing location.
Pros:

Location was great. Remodeled building to some extent. I think the windows are original. No sound proofing to the street. But we never heard our neighbors.

Windows are not sound proofed.

Definitely would stay here again
Pros:

Staff was wonderful, yummy breakfast and great location. Once we parked we were able to walk to everything. So many great shops and restaurants. The sofa area was perfect for my teenager to lounge.
