Pros:

The Wi-Fi was very poor, and the hotel location is inconvenient — about 30 minutes from the city center with nothing nearby. Every trip required a taxi, costing at least 800 TL each way. However, overall, the hotel itself is nice

The perfect getaway
Pros:

Marvelous experience. The hotel is quite scenic, so just walking around is a feast for eyes. However, it is also very tranquil, perhaps it was the time that we decided to go. It is a great place to kinda getaway and hideout for a week or month. I love it. The staff were all friendly and attentive to our needs. It was a comfortable getaway to say the least.

Bizim için çok keyifli bir seyahat oldu. Otel çalışanları oldukça ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Manzara müthiş. Aşağıda çok keyifli bir restoran var. Gece dolunay manzarasına hayran kaldık. Her şey oldukça konforluydu. Memnun bir şekilde ayrıldık. Restoran çalışanlarına da güleryüzleri ve yardımseverlikleri için çok teşekkürler. Hiçbir problem yaşamadık. Sadece kahve ve suyun ücretli olması yerine ikram olması daha kibar olurdu:) Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle.. Sevgiler

Amazing view and great venue. Perfect for honeymoon.

Only one thing I ordered a swim breakfast to the room which I was told to be extra but I did not expect it to be 3500TL more than €100 and it’s nothing special or extra apart from they put it in a floating tray. Felt a bit ripped off.

Over all I’m happy with the privacy and staff services

eine tolle Unterkunft mit Traumhaften Aussichten auf allen Seiten der Anlage. Die Erreichbarkeit ist nicht so einfach, dennoch ist es die Strecke wert! Die Zimmer (kleine Häuschen) sind alle freistehend mit jeweils einer Terrasse. Empfangen wurden wir mit einem Oberteiles. Das Frühstück ist total lecker und auch die Mitarbeiter sehr höflich. Der Besitzer hat sich persönlich vorgestellt und auch er hat zwischendurch gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Cocktails sind auch top, selbst bei alkoholfreien Getränken super kreativ und abwechslungsreich.

Diamond in the rough
Pros:

Although the journey there is almost perilous (on a road running along a sheer cliff) the reward is some of the most breathtaking views in Turkey. The property itself is quite comfortable and beautifully done, and our rate included an amazing breakfast and superb dinner with a surprising variety of foods on offer including very fresh fish (though the extra charges for Turkish wine are way too high). On the downside, although this is something of a nature retreat, they really need to deal with the insect problem -- during breakfasts and dinners, guests were bombarded by so many bees and wasps that they had to light individual bug coils on tables. Also, although lovely Kabak beach is about 10 minutes by van down a steep mountain road, the immediate property is fairly isolated, with almost nothing in walking distance. Still, after traveling extensively in Turkey, I'd highly recommend this place. Also, do consider that the rate, while it might seem high, probably includes a dinner you would easily pay quite a lot for otherwise, as well as a lovely breakfast (although I'd check the fine print to make sure it's included).

Amazing view but hard to get
Pros:

It was such a lovely boutique hotel, recently opened. Everything is new and clean. Can't say enough for the amazing view from the hotel. It's definitly much more than the pictures. Also, the hotels turns so romantic in the evening. All the staffs were attentitive and nice. Some had problems with English, but was able to communicate somehow. Especially the dinner and breakfast was amazing! Very fresh and they start making the food just for you once you sit down. (Although the breakfast was the same everyday so it got a it boring on the third day, and need to pay extra for water)

However, getting to the hotel was quite exhausting. It took about 45min from the fethiye city center by car, and since the hotel is located in the mountain, you need to drive through the narrow mountain roads which was dangerous and rough. The side road that leads to the hotel at the end needs to be paved better, even the taxi driver said it's very hard to drive up to the hotel. At night it's extremely dark as there are not enough lights installed on the road. I wish there were more signs for Lissiya hotel since I kept on questioning myself if im going the right way.

The major town Oludeniz is about 25mins away and since the hotel is in a remote area, there are no tour companies that provides pick up service. If you are planning to go around the area and do tours, this is not the suitable place. However, if you wish to relax in the hotel and enjoy the view this is the perfect place.

Perfect Stay Wonderful View

Perfect place with the kindest people ever. The Staff very charming. Breathtaking views, amazing pool. Ask for the massage treatment. Very relaxing. One of the most beautiful moments in our trip to Turkey. Do not miss it.

Desolate beauty
Pros:

The hotel had just opened. So I filed them in on improvements/- if I want to do absolutely nothing, but relax- its the place for u. However, no fitness, horseback riding, yoga. So I hope these things are slowly incorporated. The coffee needs to change! Please illy or hausbrandt, soy milk is a must-Or at least low FAT, And The Beauty Produkts Are Not Natural. Bring yöur own- however, I Adressed this. The Food And scenery are Amazing and so is Johnson.
