Pros:

Very comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Staff makes extra effort to make their customers safe.
Pros:

We stayed in Pinnacle during the strong quake of 7.6. I like how their staff looked after us and made extra effort to make us safe. I would like to commend their staff Rafael who assisted me to reach 8th floor from 5th floor to get my daughter who was sleeping. He also assisted to reach the basement.

Cons:

This hotel is clean and food is decent. However, the hotel needs some renovation since most of the furnitures are dated.

Great place to stay in the hearth of Davao
Pros:

Helpful and friendly staff, nice rooms, tasty buffet breakfast, great variety. Good location in the city center and close to everything.

Cons:

Some minor maintenance issues, but they were barely an inconvenience. No safe in the rooms, nowhere to store valuables.

Pros:

Difficult to walk to the mall though it is one street away. Lack of sidewalks and vehicles blocking pedestrians forcing to walk on busy street. During peak hours, there is competition for any services due to medical school and elementary school students converging along with tourists and visitors.

Pros:

I like the housekeeping staff, they are very approachable.

Cons:

1st.
I didn't like the facility,as they didn't check the room if its ready or not. When I arrived at the room. Keys didn't work as the door was no battery. I waited for 25 minutes, standing at the door. I even requested to move to another room but they didn't allow me as I was so tired from travelling.
2nd.
On the second day of stay.
TV is not working ( turning on and off ). I called the receptionist and I was asking if I could change the room again because TV is not working. They told me, I can but I have to wait till 8 am. I waited until 9.30 am. They didn't take action until I raised my concerns again.
My stay was not good. I was supposed to relax, but the facility is stressing me.

Tired and basic, you can find a better hotel, and the hotel, you can do better than that.
Pros:

Entrance and check was pleasant and efficient.

Cons:

No heater for the shower, cold shower. The pictures in the brochure (your website Booking.com). Are not as advertised. This is a very tired hotel, the superior room, was a looooong way from such a grand title. The price was discounted and the pics suggested we had found a really good deal. Ahhh nooo

Our room key didn’t work, so engineer came and took lock apart and repaired it.

We only stayed for one night as we had an early flight.

Checking out was straight forward until I asked for a taxi, and instead we were asked to sit and wait while our room was checked ? Seriously ? Some 10 mins late, check out employee reported back, room all In order, he will now order a taxi.

I have travelled extensively for many years and have never been told to wait while they check my room to see if I stole the kettle or packed an old towel 🙈

Photos of rooms and general guest areas should be checked and updated.

Het was niet echt slecht, maar moest ik terug in Davao verblijven zou ik toch een ander hotel nemen.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was gevarieerd. Voor mij was het belangrijk dat ik bv een boterham kon eten .

Cons:

De bediening voor het ontbijt. De 1e keer dacht ik dat het misschien toeval was, maar neen, elke keer was het hetzelfde probleem. Je moest de staf elke keer er op attent maken dat er bv geen boter-koffie- marmelade enz was. Ook hadden die precies niet genoeg servies. Soms moest je wachten tot ze bv een glas of mes hadden afgewassen voor je er een kreeg.
Ook kon men overal in het hotel links en rechts stof zien liggen op de vloer. Ook het kuisen van de kamers kon beter. De oude handdoeken werden terug opgeplooid, dus niet ververst. Toilet papier niet aangevuld. Omdat er een handdoek vrij vervuild was heeft men ons daarvoor 150 Pesos extra aangerekend. Op de site heeft het hotel 4 sterren maar naar mijn persoonlijke mening zou ik het toch eerder 3 sterren geven.

An unexpected fun trip.
Pros:

Gym was great, and the Pool was comfortable to relax after the gym.
Food restaurant is delicious but it does get limited, explore more is my advise

Cons:

I was charged for the soda and water that was in the mini fridge. They should warned you that it will be charged, I thought it was free

Pros:

The first room we were in, the AC stopped working on the third day. Fortunately, they moved us quickly to another room, which seemed smaller for some reason. We got in the room only to find the bathroom sink clogged. They came by to fix it pretty quickly but that's not the point. It should never get that way. The shower head was another issue...very dirty from the hard water. The breakfast was just okay, nothing to jump up and down about. Probably won't stay here again.
