eally liked the property. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The place was nice and relaxing, and overall I had a very pleasant stay.
The property was great overall, and I enjoyed my stay. The only issues were that the water pressure was quite low and the Wi-Fi connection wasn’t very good. Other than that, everything was lovely.
The staff was exceptionally nice, they had good tips on the city sightseeing options.
The room was comfortable.
The amenities are small and not really enjoyable. But since I didnt come to the city because of a pool and a gym in the hotel it didnt bother me.

We stayed in Pinnacle during the strong quake of 7.6. I like how their staff looked after us and made extra effort to make us safe. I would like to commend their staff Rafael who assisted me to reach 8th floor from 5th floor to get my daughter who was sleeping. He also assisted to reach the basement.
This hotel is clean and food is decent. However, the hotel needs some renovation since most of the furnitures are dated.
Helpful and friendly staff, nice rooms, tasty buffet breakfast, great variety. Good location in the city center and close to everything.
Some minor maintenance issues, but they were barely an inconvenience. No safe in the rooms, nowhere to store valuables.
good place to stay :)
Difficult to walk to the mall though it is one street away. Lack of sidewalks and vehicles blocking pedestrians forcing to walk on busy street. During peak hours, there is competition for any services due to medical school and elementary school students converging along with tourists and visitors.
I like the housekeeping staff, they are very approachable.
1st.
I didn't like the facility,as they didn't check the room if its ready or not. When I arrived at the room. Keys didn't work as the door was no battery. I waited for 25 minutes, standing at the door. I even requested to move to another room but they didn't allow me as I was so tired from travelling.
2nd.
On the second day of stay.
TV is not working ( turning on and off ). I called the receptionist and I was asking if I could change the room again because TV is not working. They told me, I can but I have to wait till 8 am. I waited until 9.30 am. They didn't take action until I raised my concerns again.
My stay was not good. I was supposed to relax, but the facility is stressing me.
