Good place for one night stay at Colombo
Pros:

Very good location, kind and helpful staff. You can leave our car at the hotel's parking in the basement.

Cons:

Room looked old but it was spacious. Coffee set available but with no tea/coffee with it. Corridors are dark. Air conditioning works but is noisy a little bit.

Pros:

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, besteht eigentlich aus einem Wohnzimmer und einem Schlafzimmer. Wasserkocher und TV im Zimmer. Das Bad ist neu und die Dusche hat sogar eine Schiebetür, was man in dieser Preisklasse selten findet. Das Hotel ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, doch dies verleiht ihm einen gewissen Charme.

Cons:

Es hat keine Restaurants in der Nähe, aber da es gut im Zentrum liegt, kommt man zu den Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants in 10 Minuten mit dem tuck tuck für max 300 r hin.

Lovely place but not for us as we like to walk to restaurants etc.
Pros:

Clean room. Comfy beds. Staff very accommodating. Roomy apartment. Modern ac unit

Cons:

Location. No restaurants near by everything was a ride away. Bit dated. No tea coffee in the room had to ask.

Enjoyable stay that suited my requirements
Pros:

In terms of location, the place is located close to Maradana railway station and also the Premadasa stadium is just 20-25 minutes walk away. Also lots of transport options, bus, train, tuk-tuk (rickshaw), uber etc are available. The area is also not far from the heart of Colombo.

Cons:

Not much of veg options within the hotel. For breakfast there was only toast and fruits (The restaurant staff especially Harishchandra was very helpful). Basic vegetarian options were available for lunch and dinner.
It is a typical autoparts hub with shops all around dealing in spare parts so not many good restaurants close-by. Mid-range vegetarian restaurants (Indian style) are available close by (easily reachable by foot or by bus, tuk-tuk)
