Perfect hotel, in the heart of the city
Pros:

Amazing property, the staff was super-helpful, the room was spacious and very well maintained. The breakfast was delicious. I'd stay here anytime again.

Pretty average given the premium pricing
Pros:

Pretty ordinary given the rates and when you compare similar priced hotels with other groups .

Cons:

Services has definite scope for improvement and especially around helping secure cabs for airport drops , buffet spread etc

Not worth the money.
Pros:

Only the location

Cons:

1. Not clean
2. First property where I find that we will have to ask for the towels. It was not provided.
3. Shampoo is not available at the hotel. Very very surprised.
4. Multiple time ma to be called for the phone pick up
5. Not at all worth the price.

It can never be rated as a 5 star hotel. Max 3 star.
