The Crystal Cove Hotel was really nice!

The staff was out standing, room was nice and really had some great views.

It was a nice relaxing weekend the probably is a bit outdated the rooms the furniture. But overall it was a nice relaxing atmosphere.

Upon check in told the wifi was not working. Then in the room TV was not working. Called the office they did send someone to the room but couldn't fix the TV. Suggested a different room. So we moved to a different room TV a lot smaller but it worked. Had to go back to the office to get the keys/chip card exchanged. We asked for a discount on our bill. no luck no discounts. Not okay. The next morning free Continental breakfast waffle maker is broken. imagine that. Enough said.

It was very clean and comfortable and the staff was nice & welcoming. I loved my stay

The property is run down. Everywhere we looked it needed paint, new fixtures, new furniture or some type of upkeep. The lobby area needed ceiling tiles and artwork on the bare nails. I felt sorry for the koi fish in the exposed black plastic lined “pond”. The photos show how shabbily the place is kept. The breakfast is a couple of bagels, bread for toast, and “Great-Value” brand instant oatmeal. (We were told waffles by the front desk staff upon check-in.)

That being said, the room was clean, bed comfortable, and air conditioner worked well. The landscaping/view toward the river was nice. It seemed suitable for people coming to the area for fishing, not a “resort”. Over-priced for what it was, in my opinion.

Oh, and 1 minute after 11:00 checkout time (as I was zipping my suitcase to leave), the staff knocked on my door to let me know I either needed to book another night or get out. Not classy.

Nice and quiet

The room was dirty. Tv and coffee pot did not work. Kitchen sick had no water. Reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights. Canceled second night.

The location was perfect. So quiet. Check in was a breeze. Hidden treasure. So happy I didn't book at Hamptons, Holiday in or a larger franchise. This was perfect. Not fancy. Room was clean, plenty parking, full size fridge, stove, microwave and the river.

The room smell musty. The was a small blood stain on one of the sheets and the sheets needed to be replace in general. A cockroach ran across the nightstand in the morning as we were getting ready to leave. Awful place.

It’s an old resort that has bring brought back to life. The staff was very friendly and the room clean, beds comfy. A good value for the price

Great boating location

Seafood restaurant in walking distance. Staff responsive to needs. Clean and quiet.

It was nice

The rooms we a bit run down and somewhat dirty. The property seems to be falling apart and not kept up with, but has tons of potential. There were some renovations, but they seemed to be DIY.

Front desk people were very friendly, but room service was poor. After the first night our towels were taken but not replaced, bed not made, and lights left on that were not before we left for the day.

Breakfast was just waffles, bagels, and cereal.

In the end i dont think it was worth $100 a night

The room smelled like mildew and it was dirty you could see a water logged dresser where it was flooded. Nice front desk lady just poor cleaning and there was cigarette burns on the covers
