Quality Hotel for a relaxing holiday
Pros:

It is our 2nd time visiting the Sofitel. Great hotel with multiple pools and quality restaurants. The gym is well equipped and offers multiple instructor led classes. Shout out to Novi for guiding us through a great Hi Tabata class.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

I had only positive experiences. The restaurant at the Cuzina Hotel is beyond praise. The food is delicious! The only problem is that the beach isn't just sandy; there's also seaweed. But the beach staff cleans it up regularly.

Fantastic resort, great gym staff

Second visit to the Sofitel woth the family. Great stay. Amazing breakfast. Pool area and beach magnificent. Thanks to Novi the personal trainer in the gym for my teenagers daily’ workouts!

A great experience
Pros:

We dined at the Toya bar and grill and Ayu was our waitress. She was so lovely and made the experience so special. The food was also top notch! We will try and make it back during our stay in Nusa Dua. Bonus they have beautiful atmosphere, lighting and even a singer/guitarist playing. The food we had was really amazing! Thank you so much!
