We stayed at Sofitel Bali for 2 nights with my fiance to celebrate her birthday, and it was truly a special experience.

A heartfelt thank you to Oka from Guest Experience, who went above and beyond to make her birthday unforgettable. His kindness, attention to detail. and genuine care made us feel so welcome. The thoughtful touches and warm service meant a lot to our family and created beautiful memories for our stayed.

Beautiful resort with great value
Pros:

This resort hotel is incredibly beautiful, every aspect is beyond expectations. Definitely would come back again!
1) Room with pool access, very friendly to swimming lovers, and the terrace is also a good place to chill.
2) public pool bar and private beach offer various options to enjoy the sunlight.
3) Club lounge offers food and drinks all day around, from fresh breakfast, exquisite French afternoon tea to happy hour drinks.
4) Other facilities at hotel is also of high quality, including the spa and tennis court

Got the vouchers for lunch or dinner, cortails while we stay here.

Great first night, and even greater customer service

Just had my first dinner at the Nusa Dua resort. Not only was the food outstanding, Marsi made sure to make our night special. His service was exemplary, he even remembered my sons name. If only I could find the same customer service everywhere else.

The best family trip

Our stay at Sofitel Nusa Dua was truly an amazing experience. It was a beautiful moment for us to share as a family. The facilities are stunning, very well maintained, and extremely comfortable. The rooms are spotless, modern, and perfectly designed for rest and relaxation.

The staff was incredibly kind and always willing to help us with anything we needed. We would especially like to thank Mr. Dasa and the FO Team for their outstanding service and warm attention. From the very beginning, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for.

Traveling with our eight-month-old baby, we felt safe, comfortable, and well supported at all times, which made this trip even more special. Without a doubt, it was an unforgettable family experience. We are very grateful and we will definitely stay here again.

They did an outstanding job. Highly recommended.

A family holiday to remember
Pros:

The most accommodating and friendly staff.
Great food and lots of choice in 3 restaurants.
Big pool with plenty of space to hang about after a long walk or a meal. Spacious rooms and very clean, most with views but check that as it varies a lot room to room.

Loved night at Kwee-Zween served by Hendra
Pros:

We had an incredible dinner experience on a busy night at Sofitel Kwee Zeen. Despite being overwhelmed by customers and serving us at the end of the night, we greatly appreciated Hendra’s hospitality and warm personality. Definitely recommend him for exceptional service and lovely chats.
