Adana ziyaretimizde Sheraton Grand Adana’da konakladık. Genel olarak otel temiz ve düzenliydi. Odalar konforlu, manzarası güzel ve konumu oldukça avantajlı.

Ancak bazı konularda beklentimizin biraz altında kaldığını söyleyebilirim. Hizmet kalitesi zaman zaman standart bir şehir oteli seviyesindeydi; daha sıcak ve misafir odaklı bir yaklaşım beklerdik. Küçük detaylara biraz daha özen gösterilirse çok daha iyi bir deneyim sunabilir.

Exceptional in every way I would highly recommend
Pros:

Everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel and more…Cihan at reception was very helpful and a real asset to the Sheraton…from the surroundings to the food and staff it was excellent

Cons:

Nothing everything was top class I just couldnt be more impressed

Begin was alles goed tot er iemand in de kamer stond, terwijl ik sliep.

Tijdens aankomst was alles in orde en personeel was zeer vriendelijk

Cons:

Ik was in kamer aan het slapen en opeen stond iemand in de kamer. Dit is geen prives niet meer. Ik voel de me onveilig.
