Excellent value for money
Pros:

Location is perfect: close to both the Old Town and the Harbour. Room was spacious, clean and well-designed (I particularly like the floor-to-ceiling windows, which make the room super bright and open). Check-in & check-out process was easy and seamless. Overall, great value for money. 10/10

Super lokasjon.
Deilig frokost.

Cons:

Synest di ansatte kunne smilt og vært litt mere hyggeligere.
Blei spurt om hvilket rom jeg bodde på 3 Ganger begge dagene under frokosten ( ca 30 min var vi der. )

Combination of ideal location, comfortable and modern amenities, good value for money
Pros:

The hotel is well located, at the same time close to/within old town but also within very reasonable distance to the central district, under 10 minutes from the Riga central market, etc. The spa and treatments available seemed nice but I didn't have time to enjoy them. The room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very nice, with a lot of choice. You could make your own waffles, always a nice touch.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet lacked for me plain yoghurt and "healthy" cereals (other than cornflakes or cocopops - the only alternative to milk with these was warm porridge.

Плохая звукоизоляция: слышно и улицу, и соседей по номеру. Очень скользкий пол в СПА.

A very nice hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location in the centre of the old town in Riga. The hotel itself is well equipped and everything is in good condition. The staff are also all very nice and helpful.
Do be very careful to check in the Spa is included in your rate - if not you will need to pay extra for it and you only get a limited time.

Cons:

The room i was in, a larger room on the second floor had a few issues.
The first thing was there's what looks like a load-bearing pillar right in the middle of the bathroom, which meant getting in and out of the bath/shower a little interesting.
The minibar isn't actually a fridge, which i found out after checkout. It would be useful to know this upon checkin so as to not expect cold water/beverages that you try to store in there. Perhaps just remove it completely so nobody is confused.
There was also a slightly maddening buzzing noise coming from outside or within the walls in the bedroom which went on all evening and throughout the night, only stopping in the morning, which made sleeping in the bedroom quite difficult.

Pros:

Very well located hotel, several hotels of the same chain are very close to each other. Good breakfast. The room was overlooking the street, but despite that it was quiet.

Cons:

The spa is only open until 7pm, so we couldn't use it.
