Pros:

Curatenie,camere super curate cu dotari smart

Cons:

Micul dejun repetitiv...pe langa multe tipuri de preparate reci care erau in mica masura ok...iar in rest preparatele calde saracacioase si care nu lipsea omleta care era considerata ca si preparat principal fiind servita zilnic,nu exista o varietate de produse calde!

Отличный вид на шумной улице
Pros:

Отличное расположение.
Шикарный вид из окна.
Только очень шумно.

Cons:

Спать было невозможно.
Очень шумная улица,.не замыкающая до утра.
К тому же, кто-то курил и пахло.
Я попросила поменять мне комнату, отель отказал.

Pros:

Excellent location and unreal views from balcony. Staff are all very nice and helpful, and had a early check in when my room was ready at 10.30am.

Cons:

Last morning was up at 4.30am for early flight and water was slightly cold but had very hot water the rest of my stay so could be just this time of night.

Pros:

The location remains exceptional, the swimming pool is large and pleasant, and the Social Point restaurant is excellent.

Cons:

Despite the renovation of the property, which we visited two years ago, the room facilities and layout were noticeably better before.

There is no longer any closed storage space for clothes, so keeping everything in the suitcase remains the better option.

Moreover, the bathrooms have been poorly redesigned. The wall-mounted toilets feel fragile, especially for guests carrying a few extra kilos, and, more importantly, the faucets are out of reach for a 5- or 6-year-old child. This means they need assistance every time they want to wash their hands or brush their teeth.

Despite a few exceptions, the staff also remain somewhat cold and distant, with the exception of the housekeeping staff, who are generally friendly and smiling.

Convenient and great value for money
Pros:

We loved the location directly on the cornice and minutes away (walking) from the beach park, aquarium, water hill aqua park, and Konyaalti Beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was "good"... the pool was clean and nice, and the Social Point restaurant at the hotel served delicious food. The room was very nice and newly renovated, the bathroom and shower were also clean and neat, and the sea view was amazing. In summary, it was "convenient" with great value for money.

Cons:

Just one thing... Management of the dining area during breakfast could be done better, but it's ok.

Exceptional
Pros:

Un hotel de 5 stele nu de 3 stele cum este prezentat.
Totul a fost la superlativ: condițiile de cazare, masa, priveliștea de pe balcon ( marea, plaja, palmierii si muntele), amabilitatea/ disponibilitatea proprietarilor hotelului. Mulțumim!

الفندق المفضل
Pros:

الموضفين جدا محترمين وسريعين الخدمه وسرعين لحل اي مشكله شاكره لهم حسن التعامل

لا يوجد لديهم سيارات خاصه لتوصيل من والى المطار وليس لديهم مكتب لسياحه الداخليه اتمنى مستقبلا بتفكير بهذي النقاط

Bon rapport qualité prix, quelques détails à revoir quand même

Cons:

- Chambres mal nettoyé beaucoup de poussière, sol fait à peine, changement des draps que sur demande! (Mais les femmes de ménage sont très gentilles)

- pas de grande couverture j'ai du demander tout les jours! Je dormais avec un drap une place on été à moitié couvert! Et ils en ont pas en rab!

- Petit déjeuner vraiment pas bon pour rester poli.. je dois payer mon petit dej chaque matin au restaurant tellement c'est infâme et peux de choix! Malheureusement c'était vraiment pas bon! Même un simple café on dirait de l'eau! Les jus sont chimique impossible de boire ça!

- Ascenseur très très long! C'est pas simple de l'utiliser

- Une seul carte pour accéder à la chambre! C'est vraiment pas pratique quand on est deux !

- Pas de serviette pour la piscine dommage!
