Cons:

ほぼ良かったですが、浴槽に入る幅が少し狭く出る時洗面台に足がぶつかりました！気をつければ全然問題なしです！

駅近、便利も課題あり。
Pros:

■立地駅から徒歩２分
①駅からメインの通りから一本離れるとので
　外からの音は静かでした。
②駅前のSEIYUが優秀で、24時間営業は助かる。
　惣菜も夜だと、値引きシールでお得。
　同じ施設内にSeria(100均)もあるので、小物類
　にも困らない。
③駅まわりに飲食店多し、中華、CoCo壱、餃子の
　満州、カフェ、24hマクドナルド、などなど。
■お風呂湯が熱湯
①完全に90°超の熱湯がでるので、ちょっとした煮沸消毒や、湯せん系はそれでいける。
■自販機が多い
①カップ麺、お酒、飲料があり、スーパーはあるが、どうしてもめんどくさい時は選択できる状態。

■お湯テロ
①恐らく、他の部屋とのお湯の使用状況によるのでしょうが、何の前ぶれもなく、シャワーの温度が一気に変わる。お湯は90°超のが出ますので、本気で火傷しそうになります。シャンプー中とかテロです。
■部屋が汚い
①全体的に汚いことは無いです。ですが、テレビがのっている机の隙間はホコリだらけですし、次の日にはいろんな物にホコリがかぶっています。キャリーケースの外側ホコリが目で見えるほど付着していたので、掃除機頑張ってほしい。
②お風呂のカーテンレールが汚い。変な臭い。
普通に交換してほしい。
■部屋に服を掛けれる所が少ない
①1ヶ所に３つだけです。冬場はキツい。
■暖房つけっぱなし
①マジで謎ですが、部屋に戻ってきたら暖房つけっぱなしで、温度設定28°と暑い。冬場でしたが、広くない部屋で28°は暑い。何より勝手につけないでほしい。恐らく部屋の掃除する際につけたのかも知れませんが。明らかに人が入った形跡？みたいなは気分良くない。(まぁ清掃してもらってるから形跡はあるんですが、言いたいこと分かってもらえると嬉しい)
■朝うるさい
①5時から6時頃から、あちこちでお風呂に入られる方が多いのか、ボイラー？シャワーの水が排水される音なのか、とりあえずお風呂の音がかなりします。外からの音は静かですが、内からの音はうるさい。
