Watch out for non-disclosed parking fees
Pros:

I have stayed at this location 3 times over the past 2 months for work. Overall the hotel is clean, well taken care of and the staff is great. The last time I stayed on 7-27-26, the check in-clerk let me know I would have to pay $15 if I have a vehicle to park overnight. This was not for a valet fee or in a parking garage, this was self parking around the hotel. I had previously stayed 2 weeks earlier and did not have to pay. To me, this is just a greedy hotel owner trying to nickel and dime guest. The staff let me know they have informed the owner that all guest are not happy about this fee. I will be staying elsewhere when I come for business in the area.

Highly Recommend Staying Here
Pros:

​Overall, a wonderful, clean, and comfortable stay! I typically don’t request daily room cleaning, but attending a conference meant wearing makeup every day. I was so appreciative that the housekeeping team replenished makeup removal wipes each night. That thoughtful little detail was a huge hit for me! Great touch. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome location, but the lack of cleanliness and properly working AC will keep us from coming back.
Pros:

The location was phenomenal. Easy access to everything.

Cons:

The room was minimally cleaned. Turned down beds, vacuumed floors, but walls, mirrors, and any hard surface was obviously untouched. Water stains in the corner of the room and bathroom as well. The AC also did not work as well as expected. It was a long, hot night for us.

Basic hotel without the resturant, work out facility or usable pool. Very good customer service.
Pros:

Hidden gem. Nothing fancy - just an average room with a motel 6 type of breakfast.
Clean. Low noise. Very convenient to I-45.

Ok Hotel
Pros:

Did not meet the star level in my opinion. Bed was not comfortable, water pressure low and things need to be updates. Was only there for one night and probably could of had some things fixed but didnt have the time. Didn't feel it was worth the price of rhe room.

Pros:

They allowed me to check in very early, which I greatly appreciated since a major storm was approaching. Otherwise, I would have had to wait for several hours after a long trip. Special thanks to Ray at check-in for making that possible.
