Very clean and very receptive staff.
Difficult to find the location. Beds were uncomfortable. Could feel the framework through the mattress.
It was clean
Staff was overly friendly. Cleaning lady lent me a water spray bottle so I could iron my new dress shirt for a job interview - the reason for my trip. They gave me a handicapped room which has a huge bathroom and a nice little chair, though the closet was too low to hang my shirts. Iron and board were appreciated, allowed me to smooth out the wrinkles that came with my new dress shirt for the interview.
The free breakfast is top tier. Eggs, waffles, sausage, muffins, juice, and french toast sticks that I was heartbroken weren't there on the second morning. It seems they rotate certain offerings around. Wish I had stockpiled the sticks on the first day!
Before checkout on the 2nd day, I asked if I could pay for a third night and stay put, but a big event is in town and no rooms were available, and I found myself having to pack up unexpectedly and leave in a hurry. As a result I left the room well after checkout time, but was not charged for a late checkout. Very kind and understanding of them.
Lastly, the bed was AMAZING. Good lord I didn't want to leave it. Partly what caused me to want to stay a third night, I was enjoying the bed too much and it was making me lazy!
Well, first I didn't realize the bedside clock was 10 minutes slow. As I got ready for my interview, I was going by it, and didn't realize until I got my phone to leave that I was so behind. Almost made me late for the interview! Partly my fault, as I just assumed the clock had been correct.
When I returned from that, it was "checkout" time, between 11a and 3p, and I noticed the water was off. It stayed off for several hours, fortunately I didn't really need the plumbing during that time. I suppose if the water has to be off for any kind of issue or maintenance, that would be the best time of day to do it, when most guests are gone. Didn't end up being a big deal, although when the bathroom sink did come back on, it splooshed a bunch of black water into the sink, gross.
Worth noting, I was told to log onto the wifi with my last name and room number, but it never accepted that info for my login. As a result, I just provided wifi from my phone's mobile hotspot.
None of these issues became a big deal, so I'd say the price was worth my two night stay. Hoping it resulted in a successful job interview! Will find out soon.
Exceptional service from the front desk ladies.
It was clean
It was expensive
Not a lot.
This is the only property I’ve ever stayed at that held double the cost of the room for over a week. Other hotels to $50 or $100, but this was over $200 in holding fees. That I was not told about before paying. Nasty location. I’ve stayed in far more nicer hotels and paid less.
I went to gamble at casino. The hotel was close to many restaurants and really close to the casino.
I wish it wasn't so dark in the room. Needed more lighting. Otherwise everything else was okay.
Easy to find. Very clean, awesome breakfast
Low water pressure, maintenance guys under the influence during work hours.
Loved their staff! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy. Room was very clean and comfortable. Grandbabies had fun in the pool. Breakfast was awesome.
