My stay was fair but I won’t be staying again.
Pros:

I loved that it in a good location, near everything.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the property had ZERO WIFI connection. I actually was there on business and pleasure but couldn’t get any business done from the hotel bc of the WIFI issue.

Cons:

Mattress in Room 315 needs replacing! Sunken in middle. Otherwise the room was immaculate. Breakfast could be improved, maybe a little more fresh! Biscuits were excellent.

Pros:

It was close to an event we went to

Cons:

The whole place is dirty. Our bedding had make up and stains. The room has not been vacuumed or moped in a long time. There was paint drips all over the floor. I asked for clean bedding and made the bed myself. The dining room for breakfast was dirty. Tables and chairs are very dirty and need deep cleaned. The light fixtures are full of bugs. The entry way floors to elevators are very dirty. Everything needs wiped down and cleaned. For the price it was just dirty. We have stayed at nicer laquintas.
