Avoid unless you have very low standards
Pros:

This hotel was the last stop of our tour of Vietnam. After staying in nice three star hotels along the way this was a disappointment. Rooms were small and not clean. Very dirty bathmats with mold on it. Peeled caulking along the bathtub, and holes in the tiles. Wallpaper was peeling. We decided to not stay and checked into a nice hotel on the Riverside. Staff was not interested or concerned.

As long as you take into account that this is Vietnam, the hotel had everything and more. They always went the exta mile. So much so that we tried to stay an extra 2 days but they were fully booked. As for the price, it worked out to be £18 per night Hostel prices for mid-ish-range room. You won't be disappointed.

The room was clean and had a great view of the busy street outside. But above all, the service by the staff, especially the front desk, was excellent, going ‘the extra mile’ to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
