Not impressed just glad it was only for a 4 days.

The location, closer to shops and also my family’s homes.

Cons:

No room services, have to called & message couple of times to request for things. Our sheets were not changed at all during our stay, no vacuum, the rubbish weren’t emptied at all. Had to called few times for the aircon to be fixed during a 40degree day in Melbourne. Yet so quick to take money from me for payment. Unfriendly staffs at front desk.

Clean and reasonably comfortable for an overnight stay, wouldn't want to stay longer though.
Pros:

Very clean and tidy, nice to have a ground-floor nearly separate room. Friendly staff on check-in.

Cons:

The onsite restaurant was closed for renovation, which was not mentioned online or in person until I asked. The shower head had a leak that sprayed water all over the floor, making it very slippery and dangerous. The occupants of the next-door room were not very considerate neighbours, as they made excessive noise and frequently parked in our designated spot.
