Leaving
Paid for a spa room. Didn’t get a spa room because they were all taken. Wasn’t refunded the difference of room booked and a spa room. Also had $0.01 charge to my bank account for no apparent reason.
It was a decent size room, shower was big and the bed was comfortable.
Firstly, the patio chairs were completely broken. The cupboard hinge on the fridge cabinet was also broken and hanging off. The phone in the room was not even plugged in and it took staff about 20 minutes to sort that out.
The biggest concern though was safety. There was no smoke detector anywhere in the room, not in the bedroom, bathroom, or the walkway outside. I questioned this with staff and the response was basically a shrug, as if it was not an issue. This is extremely concerning and, as far as I understand, not legal.
The gardens were also poorly maintained and the property advertises a restaurant which is not actually operating.
We paid $300 for the night plus a $300 holding deposit, which we were told will take up to 7 business days to be returned to our card. We will see….
Overall this experience was very disappointing and concerning from a safety perspective. For the price being charged, the condition and standards of the property were not acceptable.
I like the environment, the bed was spacious and water in bathroom exceed my expectation.
I did not like the way they put the towels, it was not enough

No extras. Bathroom fan and lights weren’t working. Couch was ripped.
From the late, late check-in to the spacious room and modern facilities, I'd definitely stay longer next time!
Very clean, large and modern as well as very comfortable.
No one on duty, our unit was difficult to find due to the number being difficult to see. It was away from any shops or the town. In fact we did not see the town at all since we arrived late in the pm and left for home the next day.
I only wish I could comment on this but on arrival, after we paid for the room, we were informed that there was no food available as the restaurant was undergoing renovations. Had to find our own external provision.
No food available. Only one person on duty. At all as far as we could tell. No batteries in the tv remote control. No response from anyone on the phone. Had to take batteries from the aircon controller to watch tv.
Not enough towels. only got 2 for 2people for a night but we had like a showers each
Accommodation quality, rather luxury for a motel like price. Separate houses with two units. Location in Point Cook. Friendly and helpful staff.

The pool was beautiful big enough for families and lots of space to hang out. It went shallow to deep but on entry there was a dead bird and many bugs.
Before booking I wasn't advised that the hotel contracted with the government to house the unhoused. We were placed next door to a "homeless" who were drinking and ended in an aggressive yelling argument outside our door. We were advised then of a couple of units housing people alike. It was very uncomfortable and while the staff moved us, I felt uncomfortable and unsafe for the duration of stay especially when we bumped into each other. Families should be mindful.
The shower glass was dirty, the fridge was hot and leaked in the room, the weeds were high despite snake danger signs and broken pipes and tiles around property.
Everything the room was very spacious, would definitely stay again.
Dont like the fact that the bond is very steep.
