The Palms Resort

The staff was okay, so unfortunately, this has nothing to do with them, but I did see a roach on my last day there.

Small apartment like housing.. but very spacious inside.. I love the interior decorations.. very modern.. not a fan of the safety deposit box.. it needs updating.. I love the key pad lock on the outside I thought that was so cool.. there’s no dining options on the property which sucks and and it’s a good 15-20 min walk to main road for some dining options if you don’t have a car.. but very remote and quiet and I felt safe coming and out all hours of the day or night

Had a wonderful stay with my wife at the Palms. It was very cozy, safe, well-maintained and made me feel right at home. The staff was very friendly and provided exceptional service. We did have a minor issue with the AC leaking water. In addition, there could have been more amenities in the room i.e. shampoo. Overall though, really enjoyed our stay there and we would definitely run it back again!

Everything was just awesome there I really enjoyed the heated pool that was available to us 24hrs

not enough parking when the hotel is partially full, that is my only issue. but i simply love it here

Very nice layout, has a balcony. Room was very clean and has all amenities if you want to cook. Negative, staff was ok not as friendly. They want too much for breakfast kit (ground coffee). We would stay there again.

Nice but should rent a car , and sleeping area needs a television, and living room needs air conditioning other then that good place to stay.

Parking too limited

Enjoyed my stay at the resort. Very spacious, comfortable and convenient. Beautiful location.
The wifi was not the best, it dropped in and out not allowing for smooth streaming etc. When the rain fell the roof in the bathroom dripped with water.

Very quiet hotel located in a residential area but very walkable into holetown and beach with good amenities around

The property was very nice cozy and clean too, family friendly property, just a few touch up neeeded

I was amazed of the beautiful grounds this hotel is absolutely beautiful if you're like me that was looking for peace and quiet in this busy world 🌍 this place is definitely it is a hidden Paradise

The suite was well maintained. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and very responsive.

Lovely staff from reception to the amazing pool guy & room cleaners immaculately clean everyone very helpful would definitely revisit if in area again
Reception arranged trip to Savvy on the beach for us was an excellent day so big thank you for that
Also on departure if you don’t want to pay to keep room on (we didn’t) there’s an excellent lounge area to use with full size bathroom with lovely shower, also microwave & fridge probably best one we’ve used

The management has to do a better job to take care of customers. Not worth the property doing better going to a hotel

We had a great stay! The property was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were professional and friendly. My children especially loved the pool. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the ventilation in the bathroom, which could use some improvement. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here.

2nd stay here. Rooms spacious and clean. Relaxed feel to the whole complex. Tucked away in a quiet position but easy access to beach and transport

The rooms are lovely but the business needs work, all charges and costs are not presented before booking. There is an additional deposit that has to be paid as well as the laundry facilities that carry a cost. Theres no1 to greet you. The AC in the room didnt work and blew hot air all night and guess what… after 7pm theres no1 to help you. Night security can not help with anything. Theres no help with bags to the rooms. The cleaner even came before i had checked out, like please if check out is 11 im leaving at 11 and not b4 especially when i have to try and gather myself in a very humid room with no AC.
