Friendly staff, but significant cleanliness and facility issues
Pros:

​We had mixed feelings about our stay at Ben's House.
​On the positive side, the staff members were incredibly kind, polite, and helpful. We have no complaints regarding the service; they truly do their best to assist guests with a smile.

Cons:

However, the facilities were disappointing. The location is a bit of a walk from the beach, and the room conditions were subpar. Our room smelled of mold, and the bathroom lacked any form of ventilation. Additionally, the towels were dirty and stained, which was quite off-putting.
​As for the pool, we wouldn't recommend it. It is squeezed between two buildings, so the atmosphere isn't very pleasant. We even saw people entering the water in their regular clothes, which raised some hygiene concerns for us.
​While the hospitality was great, the lack of cleanliness and poor room maintenance make it hard to recommend this hotel.

Pros:

In the center of Ao Nang, but at the same time very quite and calm nights. Refreshing pool. Clean room and bathroom. Good price for location. Scooter rent few steps away or in the hotel.

Buono ma da migliorare
Pros:

Posizione comoda, 10 minuti a piedi dal centro/spiaggia di Aonang. Camera molto spaziosa ma minimal. Piscina bella.
Offrono tour in barche (di cui non abbiamo però usufruito) e servizi di trasporto.
Staff disponibile, cambio asciugamani quotidiano.

Cons:

Odore poco gradevole dovuto probabilmente alla vicinanza con la piscina, a primo impatto poi ci si fa l'abitudine.
Struttura vecchia e poco curata (es lenzuola bucate), la doccia era o bollente o fredda, no via di mezzo.
Costo alto per la qualità che propone

Prima locatie. Je loopt zo richting centrum en 7/11

Cons:

Hard matras. De douche was niet optimaal. Zwembad zag er niet fris uit.

Great Location
Pros:

The room is nice and big. Bigger than most. We had a room with a view, which was lovely. The bathroom is also nice and big. The location is great! Lots to do and see close by.

Cons:

Hot water was hit or miss. We stayed 2 nights. The first night, my partner had no hot water, and on the second night, I got no hot water. There was also no water at all for a couple of hours.

La piscina

Cons:

El hotel no tenía ascensor, las habitaciones estaban sucias, se notaban los muelles de los colchones, las almohadas eran duras, y en particular en nuestra habitación, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y nos pusieron un ventilador, pasamos mucho calor, además olía muchísimo a humedad. Para rematar nos cobraron un 3% de comisión por pagar con tarjeta y no en efectivo.

Jestem bardzo zadowolona
Pros:

Obiekt położony w zacisznej okolicy - pokoje przestronne - klimatyzacja działa bez zarzutu - codzienny serwis oraz zmiana pościeli na życzenie (czystość jak na standardy azjatyckie zadawalająca )

Good value room
Pros:

The property is good value for money when compared to others in Ao Nang. It’s a short 10 minute walk to the beach and nearby some restaurants and shops. The rooms were cleaned everyday and quite spacious.

Cons:

The room and facilities are quite basic - whilst it is a clean enough room, it’s not somewhere that you would want to spend a lot of time. However, for a cheap place to sleep and enjoy the beach, I would recommend it.
