This was an amazing find right in the center of Menaggio with lake views. The staff were so friendly, behind reception and also at breakfast. It felt like such a warm place. The rooms were lovely with old features but a modern touch. Breakfast was delicious in a gorgeous breakfast room again with Lake views. It was perfect for our family birthday celebrations would highly recommend and can't wait to return.
Beautifully decorated hotel room in stunning location in Menaggio. We had ‘city view’ room but still had good lake view from both our balcony’s. Friendly staff.

The room was lovely and had a nice view into the square an of the surrounding mountains.
I thought there would be a larger common area terrace overlooking the lake.
Everything is superb about this hotel and was so pleasantly surprised given the rate which was reasonable in comparison to other hotels in the area. The coach from the station goes to a bus stop around a 2-min walk away from the hotel. Plus the hotel is nearby to the ferry that goes to all the nearby sites including Bellagio. There is a small lift that works just fine and will help less mobile people and those with significant luggage.
The hotel is going through a renovation currently (the reception was being renovated when we were there) but the hotel rooms are complete and are very spacious, clean, and the AC is strong. Water pressure in the bathrooms is great too. Breakfast is good with a pleasant view overlooking the lake at certain tables (smallish window) but there are not many hot food options (which I was fine with).
Overall, would definitely stay here again.
A little bit inconvenient that the reception was being renovated when we were there (must be done now), but nothing big otherwise!

Tolles Hotel in bester Lage. Sehr nette Begrüßung. Zimmer absolut in Ordnung. Neues Badezimmer. Hervorragendes Frühstück, mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Also the room needs 2 chairs so that guests can sit comfortably ad there is no guest lounge.

Beautiful location and quiet
Fantastische Lage, schöne Zimmer mit Seeblick. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Alles in allem perfekt!

4. I had room 206 as a single person, it was perfect and with a lake view.
5. Stylish, clean bathroom.
6. Good size double bed that was comfy.
7. Tea and coffee making facilities.
8. A hotel umbrella was provided which came in handy one evening.
9. A safe and an iron and ironing board were provided.
10. A small terrace with a couple of chairs ( would be good to have a small table to place a wine glass or ones coffee cup on )?
11. The double glazed doors kept the noise away from the bars in the square.
12. The ferry terminal was a simple 10 min walk
12. There is a C110 bus that can take you all around the Lake.
