Wonderful location and amazing room with a view
Pros:

Great hotel - fabulous location and very clean. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection. The hotel is looking a little tired in areas but this did not detract from our stay. Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Hotel is starting to look a little tired.

Not a great Breakfast experience
Pros:

The receptionists were very nice and helpful.
Very nice people.
Good.central location.
Nice town
Let us check in early which was very nice.
Bathroom was adequate.

Cons:

Standard rooms are too small although we're were moved to a slightly bigger standard room which was good service.

Breakfast lady seemed very bossy. Overbearing.
Judgemental almost.
Only boiled eggs at breakfast.
No option for outdoor breakfast
Have stayed in 15 Italian Lake hotels but the breakfast here
has been the most uninspiring or relaxing.
The coffee was good.
They pre serve melon in bowls. A bit strange.

mostly comfortable stay except for some hiccups

- spacious room

- bedroom and bathroom was clean
- aircon

Cons:

- Aircon filter needs a clean or has some other issue, it occasionally made a loud wheezing sound at night which made it hard to sleep
- hair dryer is too dirty so would stop working after every 5 seconds

Très agréable séjour dans un établissement de qualité !
Pros:

Emplacement de 1er choix : face aux lac et proche des embarcadères. Nous avons pu nous garer relativement facilement sur des emplacements gratuits. Décoration de la chambre soignée.

Cons:

Notre chambre qui donnait sur un côté, face à un autre hôtel était sombre.
La wifi fonctionne très mal, mais c’est le cas un peu partout sur le lac.

מלון נמצא במרכז העיר ליד אגם קומו. כל העובדים מאוד אדיבים ועוזרים בכל דבר. ניקיון יוצא מן הכלל. חדר מרווח, עם ארון גדול. חדר אמבטיה עם כל מה שנדרש
ארוחת בוקר טובה ומשביע עם מבחר לכל טעם
בערב נעים להסתובב בטיילת
יש הרבה מסעדות טובות מסביב
כמה דקות הליכה לתחנת אוטובוס ושייט לעיירות אחרות של קומו. בהחלט מומלץ!

אפשר לשים לחלונות משהו כמו רשת נגד חרקים, כי נכנסו כמה ולא היה נעים

موقع ممتاز مقابل البحيرة.. الفندق نظيف جداً وتعامل موظفين الاستقبال جداً رائع.
المواقف يوجد مواقف لسيارات بس لازم تحجز مسبقا مع الفندق بتكلفة 25€ لليلة.

A cosy, charming stay in the heart of Menaggio with a beautiful lake view.
Pros:

The hotel was a lovely, cosy property in a fantastic location, right in the main square of Menaggio and just steps from the waterfront, restaurants and the main plaza. It was also an easy 10–15 minute walk from the ferry, which made getting around Lake Como incredibly convenient.

The property itself was charming, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I had booked a city-view room, so I was delighted to be surprised with a beautiful water view and a small balcony with seating overlooking the lake. The room was spacious and the shower was divine!

Breakfast was continental and a little more limited than some of the other hotels we stayed at during our trip, but there was still a good variety to choose from.

Overall, a wonderful stay and a great choice for anyone looking to base themselves in Menaggio while exploring Lake Como. I would happily stay here again.
