La peor estancia en toda mi vida
Pros:

Los caramelos que tenían en la entradas. Eso ha sido lo único bueno.

Cons:

Hemos tenido un trato pesimo. La estancia ha sido de 3 noches. Al llegar ahí vimos que todo estaba viejo y un poco sucio. Nos duchamos y al día siguiente salimos a pasar el día fuera. Al llegar no teníamos agua caliente, hemos estado sin agua y sin calefacción hasta el dia de irnis. Además nos han faltado 50e en efectivo y solo han arreglado la habitación el primer día. Hemos hablado con la jefa y su respuesta fue que ella se baña con el agua templada. Pedimos una manta para dormir ya que hemos pasado frío y tampoco tenían. Quedamos la mañana de la salida con la jefa para hablar de todo esto y la trabajadora nos ha dicho de malas maneras que la jefa no esta nunca los fines de semana.
En definitiva muy mal. Dan un mal trato y las instalaciones muy justas para dar un servicio al público.
No hemos recibido ningunas disculpas en ningún momento.
No se lo recomiendo a nadie

Cons:

The location is not safe so I cannot sleep very well because outside people were shouting! Facility was broken, shower booth is too an and hard to move inside shower booth at all. Door was broken, receptionist is not there so I had to check out alone. Had to left my key on the desk. I will not stay there again

Me hospedé este fin de semana, yo me dejé llevar por las fotos y le di el beneficio de la duda con los comentarios , una total falta de respeto que hospeden a personas en esas habitaciones , todo asqueroso parecía que no limpiaron esa habitación en meses , tuve que ponerle un tapón de papel higiénico a los huecos del lavamanos y del bidé por que el olor asqueroso que salía de ahí no era normal , las sábanas de la cama machadas y todo lleno de polvo . Un asco total no sé por qué tiene tantas estrellas yo se las quitaría todas . Son una estafa no sé cómo tienes esas fotos cuando la realidad es otra total mente prácticamente roban a las personas que se quieran allí , yo me sentí estafada .

Pros:

Ubicación muy cerca de estación Termini Roma.
Se puede ir caminando Coliseu. Y otros sitios turísticos.Las chicas de recepción hablan español y san muy amables y simpáticas.😃
Desayuno bien.
