Pros:

Accoglienza perfetta, ambiente pulito e confortevole. La posizione, poi, è stata quasi una sorpresa, data la vicinanza con i miei punti di interesse.

Локація чудова, не далеко від Венеції. Стара італійська вілла, поруч ресторан

Cons:

Все досить старе, меблі, техніка, не було ні чаю ні кави, хоча є кухня. Всі кухонні приналежності також старі.

Pros:

Tolle Unterkunft, nahe am Bahnhof um von dort in 15 Minuten nach Venedig zu kommen. Super fand ich auch, dass der Hund keine zusätzlichen Gebühren gekostet hat. Parkplatz gesichert vor dem Haus, also alles super und gerne wieder.

Perfect location for exploring Venice with the train station just 10 mins away. Host was really warm and helpful gentleman who arranged transfers for us and made us feel very welcome. Property was clean and warm. Great free coffee machine.

Cons:

Facilities were very basic. Toaster didn’t work, oven had several knobs missing. No microwave. Only two coffee mugs despite being three bedrooms. Beds and pillows not very comfortable. Very noisy pigeons on roof immediately above bedrooms, cooing and scratching around all night every night, making it very difficult to sleep.

la proximité de venise et les conseils de note hôte, pour le stationnement sur l’île de venise ce qui nous a évité de la marche à pied. .. le gîte est parfait , une grande ferme bien aménagée avec tout le confort, et un grand parking fermé. nous reviendrons, une seule journée à venise ne suffit pas …..

Персонал очень предупредителен и вежлив. На ресепшн работает парень с русским именем Алёша. В ресторане прекрасное вино. Комнаты большие и чистые. Санузел с биде и большой душевой кабиной приятно удивили. Жл станция в 5 минутах ходьбы. 10 минут на поезде и вы в центре Венеции. Поезда ходят часто. Последний поезд от Венеции открывает в 00.13..
Выбирайте станцию Venezia Mestre Ocpedale
Ориентир-большой госпиталь. Есть бассейн !
