Excellent emplacement à deux pas de l'avenida Paulista.
Vue exceptionnelle depuis le toit-terrasse.
Grand appartement, avec chambre à part et balcon. Jacuzzi dans la salle de bain.
Très bon petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

Comme souvent, l'isolation phonique n'est pas excellente et, même depuis un étage élevé, le bruit de la circulation automobile s'entend.
