Otimo lugar para ficar
Pros:

Localização muito boa, equipe cordial, bom café da manhã; camas bastante confortáveis e banheiro com chuveiro muito bom

Cons:

Carpete nos corredores; não há tomadas próximas às cabeceiras das camas ou ao sofá.

Cons:

O atendimento da recepção poderia ter sido melhor, os manobristas seguem horários e critérios um pouco confusos (eu preferi entender dessa forma para não caracterizar de outra maneira).

Avoid this hotel. Really bad service, premises and people

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

They offer things on the web that aren’t true. Breakfast was bad. Room was very very old, looked dirty. Toilettes were open half of them, it wasn’t reviewed from previous guess. Smell was awful. Free WIFI… well, it’s free yes, but internet was extremely slow. Asked reception for help. Nothing was done. Next day it was even worse, no connection at all, we had to pay a SIM card to get decent internet.

They sell it as apartment with kitchenette and kitchenware. Not a single glass in the kitchen!

They say that there is valet parking, but only at their willingness, we were said to park ourselves but charged the full amount… really terrible experience. We moved to another hotel and wow… what a change! Avoid this one.

Consistently room changes, good location, many issues sith rooms
Pros:

Location was great and the staff tried their best to be supportive

Cons:

They made me change rooms at least 4 times: the first two rooms didn't have plugs in the room area, then they gave me an appropriate room but by the time i got there with my things, they said the room was already reserved so then they gave me a new room. The new room's door was hard to close, it was stuck a bit and we had to pull it hard, so when the cleaning ladies came they left the ROOM DOOR OPENED!!!' I was so scared when i got back and my room was opened. Then again they sent maintenance and tried to fix the door, but they couldn't and made me change rooms again.

Ótima localização, perto da Paulista, cama confortável e estrutura de apartamento com frigobar e fogão.

Cons:

Porém, disponibilizar fogão sem oferecer panelas ou utensílios torna o recurso praticamente inútil. É um detalhe que compromete a proposta.

Dachterrasse geschlossen
Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig mit Küchenzeile und Balkon.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Das Personal war freundlich. Wir durften kostenlos am letzten Tag bis 14Uhr im Zimmer bleiben.

Cons:

Die Dachterrasse war geschlossen, da der Poolbereich umgebaut wurde. Wir hatten das Hotel extra wegen der Dachterrasse und der angeblich tollen Aussicht gebucht. Wir wurden beim Einchecken nicht darüber informiert. Wie kann man einen Pool im Sommer schließen???

Ótimo lugar para se hospedar próximo à Avenida Paulista

Localização tranquila e próxima ao metrô. Quarto bem arejado e espaçoso. Tudo muito limpo. Bom café da manhã. Equipe muito prestativa e simpática.
