Comfortable enough for a budget hotel. Got a good night's sleep & easily ubered where I needed to g

Good access to restaurants on Haight St. & Divisadero St. Good strolling neighborhood to admire Victorian architecture. Enjoyed playing pickleball at Dinks SF across the street.

Cons:

Ratty carpeting on stairs could use replacing.

I was dissatisfied

The loaction was good, visible and accesible.

Cons:

Having to carry my luggae all the way up to 3rd floor alone. I wish there was a ramp or at least a lift. The window couldnt open and no one bothered to help open it as the room was small cramped with no fresh in or out. I was very displeased when they disposed a non disposable beautiful shower cap- please keep anything left behing for at least 7 days if the owner doesnt contact or come back for oit, then dispose it. The hotel is clearly meant for americans- please consider other guests by providing hot water and some affordable instant teas or coffee. The coffee was too conc for some us who are not americans.

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de places de parking pour les guests de l’hôtel. C’est le seul point négatif.
