There are 100 of better option in Pune better than
Pros:

Horrible service. My bedroom had cockroach and AC didn't work plus room key malfunctioned and I had to stay out for an hour.
Room service staff were really good and helpful however, reception and management sucks

Pros:

Hotel in itself was good however inspite of confirmed booking, the way staff behaved before check in date and insisted on advance payment left a bad experience. Room was good, nice location but pre check in experience was not good and I expect hotels.com to address it.
