Für einen Kurzurlaub im Erzgebirge sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht, war alles sehr appetitlich am Buffet angerichtet.
Getränke konnten immer nachbestellt werden.
Es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Unkompliziert und gut. Grosser Parkplatz direkt neben dem Hotel.

Herzlicher Empfang, hier findet man noch erlebte Gastlichkeit. Freude am Beruf,für die Mitarbeiter wohl eine Berufung.
Ausgezeichnete Küche, liebevoll angerichtete Speisen.

Wir hatten 4 erholsame Urlaubstage
Pros:

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer bekommen, Essen war gut, Frühstück gut.

Cons:

Bei der Abrechnung wurde für unsere Katze 3 Euro pro Tag mehr abgerechnet.
Nach Reklamation hat Chef angerufen und es wurde zu unsere Zufriedenheit geklärt.
