A luxurious hotel, beautifully designed and preserved. Pity they make savings on issues which degrade the hotel. 1. Paper cups only for coffee and tea for breakfast 2. Weak wi-fi 3. Breakfast is very rich in variety, but not outstanding in gourmet qualities
The rooms were absolutely amazing — very stylish, elegant, and beautifully designed with a classic atmosphere. What made the experience even more special was the combination of timeless style with a fully integrated smart home system and modern technology. Everything felt luxurious, comfortable, and visually stunning. The location was also great, very close to the city center.
We were also celebrating my husband’s birthday, and the staff surprised us with a lovely gift — champagne and a small cake, which was incredibly thoughtful and made our stay even more special.
The spa was also incredible, and the massage was truly excellent — definitely one of the best spa experiences we’ve had. Overall, it was a real pleasure to stay there and truly enjoyable for the eye.
As for the service, the staff were polite and clearly trying their best, but we personally would have appreciated a warmer and more attentive atmosphere. Breakfast was good, but not exactly to our taste — we would have preferred more hot dishes and a wider selection. There also seemed to be too few waiters during breakfast service, so coffee took quite a long time to arrive. Still, the team genuinely seemed to be making an effort.

האדריכלות והשיחזור שנעשו במלון מרהיבים, ההקפדה על הניקיון לכל אורך היום במרחב הציבורי והפרטי, החדרים מרווחים ונוחים והעיצוב שלהם יפיפה, האמבטיה נוחה ונעימה, הצוות עשה הכל להנעים את השהייה שלנו ובפרט כרים המנהל. ארוחת ליל שבת הייתה בהגשה לשולחנות בנוסף למזנון והאוכל היה ברמת מסעדות שף. הבריכה ומתקני הספא הזכירו מרחצאות רומיים בעיצוב שלהם, הלובי משרה אווירה נעימה ומרגיעה.
החנייה- ממלון ברמה כזאת הייתי מצפה שתהיה חנייה בחינם, כל שעה מעבר ל-24 שעות מחייבים במחיר מלא.
ארוחת הבוקר- הייתה די מאכזבת ביחס למלון ברמת יוקרה שכזו, המבחר הדל והפשוט של הסלטים, הגבינות, פשטידות, מעדני חלב, ריבות, מאפים.
הכריות- היו קשות ולא נעימות לשינה ביחס למזרן שהיה תענוג.
המיני בר- היה מלא במשקאות בתשלום שגם כאן קצת תמוה במיוחד כשמדובר במלון יוקרה, כמו כן לא ניתן היה להכניס אליו כלום וכך נמנעה האפשרות לקנות באופן פרטי ולשים בתוכו.
הבר בלובי- סגור בשבת והאפשרויות להזמנת אוכל לחדר מאוד מצומצמות.
החיוב ביציאה- נעשה לפי שער הדולר של המלון ולא השער היציג, אז שווה לבדוק מראש.
