La nourriture était très bas de gamme pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. Tout était fade, aussi bien les salades que les repas. Les gouffres étaient dures.

המיקום היה מצויין. קרוב לאטרקציות חשובות. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה סהכ בסדר. השירות היה מאוד איטי. בבוקר הראשון קיבלנו את הקפה רק בסוף הארוחה. השומר בכניסה לא פותח את הדלת לאורחים אפילו פעם אחת!! רק עומד ושואל בתוקפנות ״לאן זה???״ אפילו ללא חיוך או ברוכים הבאים.

Cons:

קיבלנו בקבוק יין, אך לא היה פותחן. לקח יותר מחצי שעה עד ששלחו. המזגן בחדר לא עבד. הזמינו טכנאי שאמר שהשקע לא היה מחובר וטיפל בתקלה. המכונת קפה לא עבדה. גם אחרי שהודענו לקבלה, אף אחד לא הגיע לתקן. וכבר עזבנו את החדר.

The rooms were absolutely amazing — very stylish, elegant, and beautifully designed with a classic atmosphere. What made the experience even more special was the combination of timeless style with a fully integrated smart home system and modern technology. Everything felt luxurious, comfortable, and visually stunning. The location was also great, very close to the city center.

We were also celebrating my husband’s birthday, and the staff surprised us with a lovely gift — champagne and a small cake, which was incredibly thoughtful and made our stay even more special.

The spa was also incredible, and the massage was truly excellent — definitely one of the best spa experiences we’ve had. Overall, it was a real pleasure to stay there and truly enjoyable for the eye.

As for the service, the staff were polite and clearly trying their best, but we personally would have appreciated a warmer and more attentive atmosphere. Breakfast was good, but not exactly to our taste — we would have preferred more hot dishes and a wider selection. There also seemed to be too few waiters during breakfast service, so coffee took quite a long time to arrive. Still, the team genuinely seemed to be making an effort.
