Cons:

הגעתי למלון ברמת חמישה כוכבים עם ציפיות גבוהות בהתאם למחיר היקר והשם הבינלאומי, אך חוויתי אכזבה קשה ומפגע בטיחותי שאינו קביל.
במהלך המהלך במלון, נחבלתי ברגלי ונפצעתי כתוצאה מסרגל מתכת שהתרומם באופן מסוכן מתוך רצפת הפרקט במעבר. מלבד העובדה שמדובר בזלזול חמור בתחזוקת המקום ובבטיחות האורחים, גם התנהלות הצוות לאחר המקרה הייתה מתחת לכל ביקורת.
לאחר שדיווחתי על הפציעה, לקח לצוות המלון כ-15 דקות שלמות רק כדי להביא לי חומר חיטוי בסיסי. למרות המחדל הבטיחותי הברור והעובדה שנפצעתי בשטח המלון, המלון לא לקח אחריות, לא התנצל כראוי ואפילו לא הציע פיצוי כלשהו על החוויה המזעזעת.
ממלון ברמה ובטווח המחירים הזה מצפים לתחזוקה ללא דופי ולמענה שירותי מהיר, רגיש ומפצה ברגעי כשל. לא הגיוני שאורחים יפצעו מרצפה תקולה ויקבלו יחס כה אדיש. לא מומלץ בכלל.

Historic luxury with modern kid-friendly amenities and amazing staff
Pros:

Everything about the Waldorf Jerusalem is 5 star. First, the property has a fantastic location and the rooms offer many modern amenities with a historic design. The breakfast was great and also offered a separate “kids buffet” which our kids enjoyed.

However what truly sets this property apart is the staff. Elza welcomed
us with gifts for our kids and the 5 star service continued throughout our stay, both pre and post check out. We hope to return!
