When I arrived in Hotel, I asked them give me one room instead of 2 rooms. They did But They invoiced me for 2 rooms instead of 1 room. And they refused to invoiced for 1 and said you booked 2 rooms and we cannot cancel. And they didn't inform me the time of arrival that you have to pay for both rooms even you are taking 1 & I was thinking they cancelled 1 room. But the time of check out I was shocked.
