I travel south-east-asia for a long time and always stay in budget places.

If you like counting or chasing cockroaches and drying off with a towel that was once white (but that was a looong time ago - bedsheets same) then you are in the right spot. Your garbage bin is in the hallway and you better leave it there, disgusting as it is.

Good luck finding staff to ask for toilet paper or cleaning the room etc. (I stayed a week), because that doesn't happen.

Positive: Super close to the beach and the pool looks ok

Worked in a pinch but wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

Walking distance to the beach. It had a refrigerator and a kettle and I really appreciated those details. I had a balcony with birds singing in the morning from the trees outside and that was really nice.
The price was also super cheap so you get what you pay for… There was also a small pool which wasn’t listed but if you like swimming in chlorine, it’s there.
I wish I had checked out some of the other rooms before I unpacked and got settled in mine. My room had two beds pushed together, so I had that uncomfortable seam in the middle and I scouted out some of the other rooms that had normal full beds and no black mold in the ceiling. Some of the rooms are way better than others so if you are going to check in ask to see a couple rooms and choose the best one.

Cons:

As all the reviews are saying, it was definitely quite dirty. My room also had black mold in the ceiling from a leak. I ended up staying anyway, because it was super convenient for an event that I was going to, but otherwise I would have stayed somewhere else for sure. The staff was present and helpful.

Disgusting. Ended up leaving after 4hrs.
Pros:

There was nothing to like. Bad from the start.

Cons:

Dirty sheets and pillows. Ants on the bed. No fridge as per the description. No toiletries as per the description. Bathroom was filthy.

Bathroom looked dirty upon arrival

Shower floor had visible mould

Water from the shower leaked all over the bathroom, no way to dry it

Sewage smell in the toilet

Toilet seat had ingrained dirt

Hallway ceiling completely damaged

Water leaks in the hallway

Balcony railing completely LOOSE — very dangerous!

Construction/demolition noise directly through the wall starting at 7am
