Cumplio todas las espectativas.
La limpiadora no barrio ni un dia la habitacion de la semana que estuvimos ahi. Pero por lo demas bien.
The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff are efficient, and the food and drink is good. The receptionist in particular was excellent and really helpful when we had to leave early because of a family emergency.
There aren’t really enough Sun loungers for the number of guests.

Instalaciones en malas condiciones, falta de mantenimiento general, tenía media pensión y no la utilicé. Me recomendaron su restaurante a la carta y es un desastre, un tratar de salmón de UGA sobre cama de guacamole ? Un osobuco que presentan a la andaluza y no es así. Un verdadero desastre.
Room were excellent,clean and spacious. Staff excellent. Food was lovely a great variety. Entertainment every night and great activities by day. Overall very pleased with everything.

Hotel next to the ocean, room was comfortable. Additional kudos for having luggage storage and offering to take shower after checking out if you have late flight
Wardrobes have automatic lightning inside them which turns on if you pass by, which is a bit inconvenient at night
El hotel está situado en un entorno mágico. Tranquilo para desconectar y descansar. El ambiente del hotel es relajado, lejos del bullicio de los grandes resorts con música a tope y actividades. Viaje sola por primera vez, y el hotel cumplió perfectamente con mis expectativas. El personal encantador, camareros, recepción, todos hicieron que me sintiera muy a gusto.
En cuanto a las instalaciones, las piscinas y la zona de jacuzzis y camas balinesas con vistas espectaculares.
La habitación muy amplia y cómoda, no faltaba de nada y la ducha con mucha presión de agua, algo que valoro.
Estuve en Todo Incluido, y todo positivo. He disfrutado de cada desayuno, almuerzo y cena, y bebidas durante todo el día, además de snacks fuera de horarios de buffet.

Das Frühstück Buffet war sehr umfangsreich, es wurde auch immer wieder frisch aufgefüllt. Ich habe Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, habe ich bekommen.
Das Bett in meinem Zimmer war sehr alt und es "Quietsche" recht Ordentlich. Die Dämmung der Zimmer ist sehr schlecht, wenn man Abends etwas Ruhe im Zimmer wollte, ging das nicht wegen der Musik.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The pools were lovely. Lots of entertainment available. Room was clean and comfy. Nice breakfast options.
The dinner buffet wasn't the best every night - two out of the four nights, we had lovely food, but the other two weren't the best regarding options. The pool closes at 7pm too, which I understand that this might be for safety reasons, but it would have been nice to have the opportunity for an evening swim.

La situación del hotel frente al mar
O hotel é muito bom. Eu e minha noiva gostamos bastante. Os funcionários são simpáticos, a localização do hotel na minha opinião é perfeita. A qualidade da comida é muito boa principalmente do almoço e da janta. As piscinas também são ótimas e o hotel em si é aconchegante.
O café da manhã. Não é de todo o ruim, mas poderia ter uma variedade maior durante os dias. É literalmente todos os dias café da manhã típico inglês.
The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable and the facilities were very clean. It's very close to the airport.
In comparison to a three star, all inclusive, adults only hotel that I stayed in last year, Ereza Mar disappointed me. I didn't appreciate that you have to pay extra for the safe and the pilates classes (included in the other hotel) and that there were barely any parasols around the pool area. The sunbeds are pretty worn out and the hotel overall seems a bit dated, too. The food was okay but mostly cafeteria style (oily vegetables, french fries, fried in general). The 'coffee machine' at breakfast spits out Nescafé.
In the evenings, the entertainment could be heard in my room as if I was sitting right in front of the loudspeakers. I don't know if soundproofing is even an option but if you have an early flight and/or want to go to bed early and/or just chill in your room in the evening, I suggest you bring earplugs. At least it stops at around 11/11:30pm.
Something that also bothered me was the rubbish outside the hotel. I know it's not technically the hotel's fault but once you leave the gate at the seafront for a stroll towards the beach there's an incredible amount of garbage right in front of the gate. Maybe the city should do a better job and send cleaning crews but REALLY the tourists should be held accountable for the way they treat the island on which they are guests. I avoided leaving the hotel after seeing this.
