Check in was so easy; front desk staff & the concierge were very knowledgeable, professiona, & kind. The breakfast was great! And the location? Fabulous. Accessing downtown Lancaster was made super easy by how walkable everything was from the hotel site. I was pleasantly surprised that the pool was handicap accessible & a comfortabletemperature. I didn't get a chance to acccess the outdoor areas but from what I could see, they looked lovely.

Cons:

Accessing the parking garage was not my favorite. We had to cross the street and walk in while dodging cars entering & exiting. The elevator garage was soooo slow. I was thankful my car was in a secure, well lit location but it was difficult to get everything unloaded & reloaded.

A very convenient place to stay.
Pros:

The location is very convenient for Downtown Lancaster. Staff very friendly and helpful. There are 3 lifts, so little or no waiting. The room is a good size, with a comfortable bed and good storage. Good WiFI and Shower. Generally quiet. Having a pool is handy. Breakfast is OK.

Parking garage right next to hotel.

Cons:

Not soundproof, could hear outside my room in the hotel hallway plus the music/band playing on the street next door 9 floors down at 7:30am.

Talk to concierge Kate!
Pros:

We were very happy with our stay. Garage parking was easy to use, the staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable. The best part of the stay was interacting with Kate, the concierge! She was so helpful in providing ideas for activities, because the Amish businesses and attractions are closed on Sundays. She also provided fascinating history about Lancaster City.

The only issue we had with our stay is the walls could use soundproofing. The neighboring room had small children who constantly shrieked… happy noises, but it was loud.

Very nice hotel
Pros:

Decent breakfast but everyday serve the same foods, hotel is in a great location, staffs are friendly, room is clean with decent size.

Cons:

However the sound proof of the building is quite bad, I can hear the next door talking and the door is making quite a loud noise when close, if you are light sleeper, you may find it hard to relax. The hotel should also advise visitors not to make loud noises after 11pm.

Nice modern hotel with a few warts
Pros:

Very modern hotel in downtown Lancaster with an attached upscale restaurant (The Imperial). Our King sized room was very nice, but with some warts: no microwave and mini-fridge that didn't work; maintenance did bring another one in right away when we called the front desk. Also, the mini-store near the front desk DID NOT HAVE any Advils or Tylenol when I was in pain from a backache (was told there was a CVS two blocks away!) Be careful of your surroundings: was panhandled in the parking garage after 10 PM! However, the saving grace was the very attentive and helpful staff who made it a decent stay, and the cuisine was EXCELLENT at the Imperial.
