Gorgeous hotel
Pros:

Staff were all very friendly, the place was clean and tidy. Breakfast was lovely, just an overall really nice hotel.

Very enjoyable with a few minor issues
Pros:

Rooms were comfortable and clean and staff were friendly, although basic options for breakfast most of the items were nice

Cons:

Didn’t agree with £15 parking and automatically being booked in for 24 hours, and scrambled egg at breakfast was dry due to being on hot plate, no other egg options available

Comfy bed, superb inclusive breakfast.
Good price on the day between two for twin room, though higher price for a single required for a second night!

Cons:

Bathroom door near impossible to lock with no soundproofing to rest of the room.
Cobwebs visible at head of curtain, but otherwise clean.
Could use a second chair in the twin room, with only the bed to sit on

Better value in other hotels with free car park and tv entertainment options
Pros:

Nothing much to like

Cons:

Being charged for a car park that’s always full that you don’t even park there but still pay for and a tv that has a very bad signal that it keeps glitching and the smart tv that has no smart features

Pros:

I like the food and the hospitality of the staff, they were very accommodating.

Cons:

The parking space. Despite paying for a parking space, I had to struggle to find where to park the car. It was as if it was my responsibility to look for a parking space after paying. It's kind of unfair and provides no value for money.

Good, will return only if there won't be any other options available next time.
Pros:

Good location, spacious room, air conditioning, nice spacious shower room, large bed, extra sofa bed for kids. Clean. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Squeeky bed. Sliding glass door to bathroom which was just 30cm from the bed, even though we were all family members in the room this door gave us no privacy being in the shower or toilet. Big gap at the bottom of the room door, we had to use spare towel to cover it at night as it was shining straight to the eyes. Lack of more pegs in the shower room. Even excisting one peg was loose. Family of 4 (with 4 big towels and 4 small towels) we had nowhere to hang them! Wardrobe only for hanging clothes (just one section for hanging and 1 big top shelf). Section with lots of small/medium shelfs would be much useful. We have nowhere to sort out our smaller clothes and bits so just left all in our luggages for 2 days as no point to chuck all staff on one big shelf. Poor sound insulation. We could hear our next door neighbours going to bathroom and could hear every sound (wasn't nice to listen to someones wee sounds).
