First thing first I loved the breakfast, mostly the waffle making option. Now for me it's a must in every hotel I stay 😄😄
Our room was really comfortable, the cleanliness was amazing and when we asked for an extra duvet, we got it in 10 minutes. I was in the same room with my mom and aunt, therefor I slept on the sofabed and I have to tell it was super comfy.
The staff was nice and helpful, they always greeted us a nice smile and they were open for any questions we had.

Air conditioning didn’t work- noise from banging doors in the early hours - parking over priced and then to have cheek to not have any electric charging as they are faulty not good enough the pictures on the wall sum it up about Sheffield it’s in the past

Room a little small
We liked the room, the reception, bar area and the breakfast rooms. Breakfast was good and the hotel was in a great location for a lot of different things, the arena (accessed by the tram, 6 minutes walk from the hotel). We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.
