Brilliant
Pros:

I travelled from Birmingham for the snooker at the crucible. The staff were brilliant and made a transgender female feel welcome. Where life can be tough as a transgender woman, I can’t praise the hotel enough. I’ll be back.

Exceeded expectations
Pros:

Front desk receptionist Lily was exceptional - polite, professional, helpful and very good at her job. Made us feel welcome and comfortable. Same in the morning at breakfast time. Great facilities too and really good value for money

A lovely central hotel with great staff
Pros:

The breakfast was lovely plenty of choice and even gf bread

Cons:

The lock from the car park was broken so anyone could have got in but it was repaired by the time we left on the Monday
