Booked here to stay on one of the hottest days in August as it had air conditioned rooms!!!
Arrived about 4.30pm and as soon as we entered the hotel we knew we were going to enjoy staying here..
Staff were lovely our room was soooo cold and very comfy and had everything we needed..
A super walk in shower and comfy beds tho a little squeaky!!!

The sofa bed was bent, while the mattress is thin hardly sleep at night. The breakfast is below standard don't even have fried egg and ham.
Such a friendly hotel! I arrived on my own for a three-day course in Sheffield and was greeted by a lovely lady on the front desk called Vidhursha. She was very interested in my course and so helpful and smiley! The room was great - really efficient air-con (!) comfy bed, very clean room and great shower. There was also easy car parking under hotel, breakfast was delicious and I was generally really impressed. Every time I came back into hotel at the end of the day, staff always smiled and greeted me which made me feel really welcome and Vidhursha asked me this morning at breakfast how my course was going. I was really impressed by the whole stay particularly the friendly customer service. Thank you for a lovely stay. You made my trip away from home a very pleasant one. Highly recommend this hotel!

I don't know what the breakfast was like as I had to check out earlier than expected due to a family emergency. My girlfriend said that the food for the breakfast wasn't cooked long enough so if that can be passed back as feedback to double check the length of cooking time required if possible to ensure that your breakfast is absolutely perfect for when I stay here again myself properly.
Great location, easy parking. Absolutely incredible staff, especially jack on reception, he went above and beyond during my visit
