מלון מפנק, שירותי, מתקנים ברמה גבוהה, מפואר.

הכל , המלון מפואר, נוף מדהים לים, חדרים מרווחים ומפנקים.
הצוות בקבלה היה מקסים ורגיש לכל בקשה, היחס היה אישי, שודרגנו לסוויטה מדהימה לכבוד יום הולדתה של הבת שלי עם צלחת שוקולדים ובקבוק יין...
בלילה היתה רוח חזקה קיצונית וחריגה שגרמה לרעש לא נעים בחדר וקבלנו פיצוי והתייחסות מלאה לכך.
חשוב לי לציין בעיקר את ההתנהלות הרגישה, אכפתית ומקצועית של מריה מנהלת האופרציה של המלון כאשר עודכנה על הרעש שהיה לנו בחדר ונפעמתי מהרגישות שלה והטיפול המדהים שלה בסיטואציה מולי . תודה מריה!

השירות והיחס היו טובים.כל בקשה נענתה מהר.המלון יפה ונקי.אהבתי שנשארנו עד צאת. ה שבת ללא תשלום נוסף..ההסבר היה מובן על המלון .

בארוחת הערב .מבחר הסלטים היה מגוון והוגש לשולחן .המנות העיקריות היו מעטות לא היה מבחר גדול בהתאם למחיר היקר ששלמנו על חצי פנסיון. לזוג כשכעת יש מלחמה והמחירים בבתי המלון ירדו..צריך לשפר .

I can not thank enough the entire team at Ritz Carlyon Hertzliya . Every single employee was so caring , so kind and looked after me and my colleague as we we came for 2 day business trip and stack during Iranian conflict, unable to fly home due to closed air space .
Dear Tamara , Poli , Anastasia , Liza , Yakov , Lev, Maria T, Shachar, your warmth and kindness was just like shield and hugs in a difficult time. Zack has found a doctor and converted my UK prescription for medication when I run out . Moshe went with me to pharmacy to help to get everything I need. Thank you Tor - the Pomeranian dog that was there for cuddles !
Everything was perfect, the Rooms . Facilities, Food .
Israel is a beautiful country of beautiful people inside and outside . I hope to return soon. Thank you for looking after us. Aziza and Maria

We had a one night stay. It was short but wonderful

The spaciousness, cleanliness and the view.

Cons:

That the pool was not warm enough and we had to ask to have half of it open. I wish there was a jacuzzi or something on the terrace
