We had a one night stay. It was short but wonderful

The spaciousness, cleanliness and the view.

Cons:

That the pool was not warm enough and we had to ask to have half of it open. I wish there was a jacuzzi or something on the terrace

Very expensive, disappointing, and not worth the price.
Pros:

Spa and the bathroom in the room. The bathroom was excellent and really matched a 5-star level. That was the main positive impression.

Cons:

The hotel does not justify its 5-star status or price. Cold and unfriendly service. Issues with the deposit, staff insisted Apple Pay was not possible although it clearly was. Cash was taken in excess without receipts. Breakfast was very basic. No attention to a special occasion mentioned in the booking. Overall service felt careless and disappointing.
