All of the staff were excellent, including on reception, waiters and cleaners. Everyone made you feel welcome and like a valued guest and were genuinely interested that you were enjoying your stay. I received a free upgrade to a large room and this also had a spacious well equipped bathroom. The place was kept very clean and the tv had many UK regular channels. The hotel is situated on the main road but in the relative quiet between Torremolinos and Benalmadena.
Wifi was at times unreliable.

I chose this hotel because I was traveling alone and I don't like very large resorts, and I wasn't wrong, because it's a great place if you're going on vacation and want to truly relax and recharge. The staff is the best I've ever met in a hotel. Kind, family-oriented, and friendly. You feel like you're part of the team, part of the team, not just a temporary addition to the hotel, if that matters. If you're looking for a place where you can truly experience a great atmosphere, relax, and enjoy a nice drink in the evening with good company, this is definitely the place for you.
Ich habe nicht das gebuchte Zimmer mit Balkon erhalten. Dafür ein Apartment ohne Balkon oder Terrasse. Aber habe keinen Preisnachlass erhalten. Darum wollte man sich danach kümmern und uns sofort darüber per Mail informieren. Auf die Mail warte ich heute noch...

Staff very friendly. Nothing is too much hassle. Perfect location. Walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants.

My room.was not serviced on one particular day. I went to reception and they cleaned my room but the rubbish was not taken away.
Family run hotel , staff extremely friendly, the hotel is kept spotless, aldi few doors away, 5 min walk down to the Beach. No problem with the food .

Any questions I asked regarding public transport they had all the information for me and if they didn't they checked it straight away for us.

Breakfast was excellent. Great selection to choose from. Our room was very comfortable overlooking a beautiful pool. It was cleaned daily and the hotel was wonderful throughout.
