Everyone was very helpful and kind.
Pros:

Arc is de Montemar is in an excellent location and the staff is absolutely lovely. It was absolutely pouring rain when we arrived and, since there is a bar/restaurant onsite, we didn’t have to go out again in the rain that evening.

Cons:

The bed was rather uncomfortable. It was very soft (personal preference for a firmer mattress) which meant that I could feel the base of the bed under the mattress on my hip.

Le personnel très sympathique

Cons:

Le chauffage la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas très bien et nous avons eu froid dans la chambre sans parler de la salle de bain ! Seul bémol !
