Bad smelly, dirty and noisy hotel room
Pros:

The employees were warm and friendly. The hotel was considered centrally located. It was very kind that they allowed us to enter early and mostly deserved the point for this reason.

Cons:

The room was very dirty. The bags and shopping receipts of those who stayed before us were still in the room and in the wardrobe. There were stains on the edges of the sink and siphon. The room was very narrow, but there were two old wardrobes. One was enough, the other was unnecessary. When you opened the lid of the cabinets, a very bad smell spread. It was stated in the previous comments that the things were old, we were prepared for this, but the smell was unbearable. I wish there was a small refrigerator instead of two unnecessary old cabinets. For the first time we saw a hotel without a mini fridge. Because it was on the main road, there was a lot of noise, especially in the morning. And the most strange one is pillows. They can't even be called pillows. Strange things stuffed into a huge cover.

In pieno centro a Monaco
Pros:

Posizione centralissima, a due passi dalla porta di ingresso di Monaco e dal corso principale.
Nei pressi ci sono mezzi pubblici, bar, locali e birrerie.

Cons:

La struttura è un po' datata, quindi necessiterebbe di qualche ammodernamento.
Nonostante la temperatura esterna fosse molto fresca, in camera c'era molto caldo anche con la finestra aperta.
Assenza di climatizzazione, il ventilatore non era sufficiente.

Pros:

There was absolutely nothing to complain about—the hotel, the staff, and the cleanliness were all excellent. The location was also fantastic, in a beautiful and upscale neighborhood.

Cons:

The only issue was that, although this was not part of the standard services, during the check-in process we were asked if we needed anything. I requested an electric kettle to be placed in the room free of charge, if possible, so that I could make tea at night, but unfortunately, this request was not fulfilled.

Inadequate Cooling: Stayed in August, and the room fan couldn't handle the summer heat.

Sehr schön war es
Pros:

Das Hotel ist am Sendlinger Tor sehr zentral gelegen. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten etwas im Hotelzimmer liegen gelassen, man rief uns sofort an und übersandte uns die Dinge nach Hause per Post.

Pros:

La ubicación era muy buena, cerca del casco histórico. Fueron amables poniéndonos una nevera en la habitación.

Cons:

La habitación algo viejilla y pequeña (además nosotros solicitamos cuna de bebé). Hacía mucho calor y no tienen aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador de pie. Ascensor muy pequeño.

Abbiamo chiesto di parcheggiare, ci hanno detto che non si poteva parcheggiare e poi arrivati lì ci hanno detto che non c’era posto perché non avevano prenotato. Alla fine un posto è uscito…ma il garage è davvero un posto angusto ed era completamente vuoto, con posti stretti e piccoli
