Like night and day compared to my stay at Ramada week prior
Cons:

Mgmt was consulted. My neck still in pain from the bed. Compensation not acceptable. They accused me of blackmailing . Why would I stay there ever again

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a last minute flight change and they quickly provided us with a bagged breakfast to go. This was so kind and a wonderful option for guests.

Cons:

We needed access to a computer due to unexpected travel issues and unfortunately the business centre was closed due to technical issues. This was disappointing during a stressful situation.

Pros:

Room was beautiful, beds were comfy and clean. Rooms were kept with lots of towels. TV had my name on screen. When ac needed fixing and I needed crib they fixed right away. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Prices of suite store was a bit much for certain items. Only places to fill up water bottles were main lobby and gym. Cups for juice/milk- for breakfast were very tiny they were like cups for kids. They didnt specify earliest or latest checkout could be.

This is a very good accommodation to stay at.
