Beautiful hotel
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and made the check-in/check-out process seamless. The hotel was super clean, bright and the rooms were comfortable and large. The location was perfect, it was close to the highway, close to my medical appointment and great for shopping. The hotel has become the only place I will stay when traveling to St. John's. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Pros:

The rooms are modern and spacious! The staff is amazing and the included breakfast is a bonus and has so many options! The pool is wonderful and heated!

Totally worthwhile staying here.
Pros:

Our room was so nice and big. Very clean and fully supplied in the bathroom. Staff was so polite and helpful. Definitely will return again. Oh and there’s a huge pool here.

Un bel hôtel avec du personnel à l’écoute
Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment à l’écoute et très agréable

Cons:

Nous avons demandé une chambre pour une personne en chaise roulante, mais la salle de bain n’est pas adapté. Il y avait une baignoire, impossible pour une personne à mobilité très réduite d’embarquer dans une baignoire.

Pros:

The rooms were spacious. Shower was nice, beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The room next to me had music blaring, nothing was done about it until I physically went to the lobby and complained. Breakfast food wasn't the best, some of it was soggy, it made me stomach sick. The pool was out of order which I didn't know about until check in, the pool was the main thing that made me book here in the first place.

I would not want to stay here
Pros:

I didn’t like anything about this property. The renovations happening in the lobby were not inviting.

Cons:

The pool was not available, yet the price still stayed the same. The front desk staff were not friendly. And there was a huge line up of customers & with all the other staff floating around, nobody jumped in to help.
