Cons:

We were there 4 days, requested multiple times to have our room refreshed and the housekeeping went to every room but ours. We didn't once get fresh towels, we had no face cloths at all, we called 3 times for towels and were given 2 fresh ones an hour later. We ran out of toilet paper and waited 4 hours to be brought up two rolls after calling more than twice. I had to empty our garbage cans myself because no one showed up to replace it. 4 days was an expensive stay to be changing out the garbage ourselves having no towels and face clothes or even hand towels. We made sure to leave the room multiple times for a few hours to give some time for our room to be refreshed only to return after each time to see it still full of dirty towels and dirty sheets, full garbage cans, and no toilet paper. Attached is a photo of all the towels I had to fold myself because we had no where else to put them even after requesting for someone to come get them.
