I found the hotel pleasant; the staff were courteous, polite, and friendly; the hotel was very clean.
This is a relatively safe hotel, which is good if you are travelling alone.
This is my second time visiting this hotel. My review this time around is mixed. The food was awful - I think you need a good chef who can actually cook. In light of this, I think you need to stock up and expand the variety of your snacks.
I found the tv package used to be quite poor, with not enough variety.
SAFETY ISSUES
I slipped in your bath tub and hurt my foot, I would suggest you start using anti slip rubber stickers in your bath tubs, to prevent an accident happening and a potential civil law suit. I would also recommend the hotel have a FIRST AID KIT on site in case anyone, staff or client cuts or injures themselves. This is very basic simple requirement that the Hotel should have.

location was great being walking distance from places of interest and transportation
On check in, we were advised that the gym was being refurbished and were not compensated or offered any alternative. We had chosen this hotel because it had a gym.
The air conditioning was temperamental, the facilities team tried to mend a broken flap but this was only a slight improvement
TV was bad quality with low resolution in both rooms
We raised a security issue that was not followed up

Staff, front desk, restaurant, gardener n housekeeping, all did there jobs well.
Gate security needs to learn how to problem solve. Some persons/taxis stop in front of the lobby door to load their vehicles. There is a sign but it seems to get missed by guests. Maybe when he sees a car coming from the parking lot he can get out of his little guard shack n stop the cars before they stop in front of the door.
Or let guests know when they are coming or going, not to park in front of the lobby door. Even though signs are there, they may be ignored because persons are both excited to arrive n depart. Or when cars come through the gate get out and direct the vehicles. Hope these suggestions help. Thanks.
