i had to leave and go to a different hotel because a proposition was not honored.

It was excellent and I’ll definitely visit again.
Pros:

The receptionist was professional, informative and friendly. Check in was quick and easy. The property was very quiet. The room was clean and very comfortable. Everything needed was present in the room. My stay was great and it will be my go to place whenever I need to stay in Kingston. It was also easy to find via google maps.

Pros:

The lady at the check in was friendly. We got a refund when we decided we didn’t want to stay in the hotel because of the dirty sheets.

Cons:

The bedsheets had bloodstains on it. We got a new room but the sheets also had stains on it. We pulled the sheets open to check it after the bad experience with the first room and the staff member that joined us to check the new room commented negatively on the fact that we pulled the sheets. I think that’s very weird since I hope they will change the sheets since we showed him the stains. We left the hotel.

The hotel met my expectations.
Pros:

Location was close to most things. Complimentary breakfast was a plus. The housekeeping lady was great, also the front desk lady that worked the evening shift on Friday 1st of August. She help to locate extra pillows for me as I have a bad neck.

Cons:

The dinner options was rather expensive.

Overall, a wonderful, restfuful stay in ckean and quiet surrendings, with very helpful staff members
Pros:

Breafast was very good. I ate the Jamacian option every morning and enjoyed every bite, every morning!

Cons:

The breakfast time in the morning could have been better organised, maybe they could have had a few more servers. The wait time some mornings was a bit long..

Pros:

As usual the staff is nice and the property is at a good location.

Cons:

I didn't like the room I got this time. It seemed close to the kitchen and had a bright light shining around the curtains, also the bedding seems a bit dusty. Myself and my husband didn't sleep much.
