The space was comfortable , food good and the location is central. Would visit for a business trip
Pros:

The staff at hotel were friendly and accomodating. Food at restaurant was really good.

Cons:

Did not have anything that i really did not like. If I were to knit pick, the bed in my room was a bit small and I wish that there was the provision for room service (food delivery).However rooms are not far from restaurant so dining or collecting food was not a hassle.

Pros:

I like that the staff was friendly and helpful especially at breakfast

Cons:

I didn't like the bathroom shower gets everywhere wet and I shared the room with my mother in law also don't think the bathroom provided enough privacy based on the type of door

Tolles Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Anlage mit Pool und viele Pflanzen. Auch der Zugang zu den Zimmern ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet mit einem sehr gutem Bett. Es gab ein Bügeleisen im Zimmer. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage in Kingston. Das Frühstück wechselt jeden Tag und ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Aktuell ist der Fitnessbereich geschlossen.

It was an overall great experience and I would do it again.

I really love the staff, they are welcoming and caring. I appreciate that about, the always try to work things out for me.

One night stay.
Pros:

Quiet n comfortable. Restaurant served great food. Waitresses were amazing. Front desk staff great. Bell men, Mr Hunt n Phillip were extremely kind. Loved the gardens n fish pond.

Cons:

The position of the ironing board n iron in a strange position. Difficult to use comfortably. In room safe, some numbers did not work, to input your code but was able to utilize it. Room 309.
