Pros:

The staff were amazing, they were ready to help anytime, check in and out was easy. The lady that cleaned and made our beds was lovely and attentive.

Cons:

Room locked twice during stay so had to go back to reception to ask for key unlocking. It would be better stay if Netflix was available as part of the package too.

Well priced accommodation in the Francistown
Pros:

Lovely location with the friendliest staff. Just in the heart of Francistown and across the road from a big mall. Lots of free parking on site. Good wifi. Breakfast has decent option.

Cons:

Garden area had some places where there was a bad smell. Also garden needed to be upset and upgraded. Maybe it was down as it was winter

Entire.establishment.is not.very clean. You can tell from the sofas in the reception that the place hasn't been cleaned in a long time.
