Pros:

Television had no sound kept on calling maintenance ,,,& they would take their time to come and fix called them 3X still lt did not help.Booked for 2 guests but put 1 towel 1 cup 1water glass Air conditioning @17 degrees could not go up ,Room 214 is upstairs facing the taxi rank the noise thought was running away from the noise of busy roads. Otherwise the room was ok beds comfortable

The stay was good and the bed very comfortable

Cons:

We went for breakfast around 8 am and most of the dishes were already empty. The staff promised that they were going to replenish., but it was never done until we left the dining hall

Unfortunately we were allocated rooms on the side of the hotel that is located on the same road as the cities major taxi rank. The taxis did not stop hooting until around midnight and started up again from 5am the next morning. This was not only a discomfort but did not make us feel safe. To make matters worse the bar area overlooking the pool played music so loud it felt like it was located a mere meters away from our room. The music thankfully stopped around 10:30 pm but certainly made it feel like we were being bombarded from both sides for a few hours. The room allocation did not make sense as the hotel was not busy at all and surely two rooms on the quieter side of the hotel away from the taxi ranks must have been an option. The rooms itself was very comfortable, neat, clean and stylishly decorated. However, the hot water was set to a very mild lukewarm both the night before and the next morning and both double rooms booked only had a single towel allocation which makes it feel like its standard practice and not an error.
