Staffs are nice but the room is really small. And there’s some kind of smell in the room.

저렴한 비즈니스 호텔 그 이상도 이하도 아님. 직원 친절하고 로비에 무료 커피, 차가 준비되어있는건 좋음. 다만 방에 에어컨 청소를 안하는지 에어컨 켜니까 먼지가 뚝뚝 떨어짐.

I came here in a private trip with my friend. We had normal twin room I guest but it was so small. The room was so small. It supposed to be a twin room. I have never seen that small twin room like that in my life till now. Well the services were good thought. There were strange noise at midnight that I couldnt sleep well.
Thanks for the service anyway. And why dont you put a garbage basket in the toilet. There wasnt a sanitary garbage basket in the toilet. Only one in the room. I just dont get it.

室内も清潔感のあるホテルでした。

房间太小，双人床已靠墙壁，通道连放行李也有困难，3人家庭入住非常不适合。地点可以，酒店在附近停车场有专用车位。

Personnel très serviable. 10 min de la gare à pied et 5 min du centre. 7eleven et Lawson à 1 min. Chambre propre et suffisante pour 2 personne, sauf le lit beaucoup trop petit (peut être 110 cm). Cafetière à grain disponible au tes de chaussé gratuitement.

Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Car park is just behind hotel with cost. Hotel is small, Room is in standard size for twin room. Our family booked 4 rooms. All rooms were not clean because of full of dust especially windows behind curtain. Luckily we just stayed for 1 night. Hotel should take more care in this matter even hotel offers low price.

This hotel is up to standard, but nothing you get surprised. It is clean although the facilities and decoration is a bit old. For the price, it is acceptable because it is almost cheapest for 3 star hotel in the city.

友達に会うための一人旅で利用しました。禁煙で安くて繁華街にも近いところを探していて、こちらに泊まることになりました。中央駅も天文館も徒歩圏内で近く、とても満足です。部屋はビジネスホテル風ですが、一人で泊まるだけなので、十分です。ホテルの従業員の方も感じがよく、立地的にもすごくオススメです！

ホテルは、少し古い感じがしたが、スタッフの対応が大変よかった。
朝食を追加したが　近くの食堂でした　もう少し清潔なお店が望ましいと思う。

壁が半端無く薄すぎて、隣の方の咳払いが聞こえました。
自分の音が漏れない様に、一晩中換気扇を入れました。
他、室内は清潔でした。
入浴時のアメニティーが最高でした。
フロントの対応は良です。
次回は、何時ものプラザホテルを選ぶと思います。

中央駅と天文館の中間にあり、観光にとても便利です。

設備が古い。朝ごはんも、交差点をまたいだ定食屋まで行く必要があり不便。接客に関しては、これ以上ない程丁寧で良かった。

人気がありすぎるので部屋が取れない。朝食の場所が違う不利を逆に有利にして、系列以外の朝食も
受けられるようにすると自由競争が生まれて更に強いビジネスホテルになる。いわさき駐車場からのアクセス説明があるとうれしいです。

Conveniently located near Kagoshima main subway station and shopping belt.
Room is small but clean.
Staff are friendly but do not really converse well in English.

立地は路面電車、高見馬場駅から徒歩２分ほど。徒歩ですぐ裏手のほうにスーパーもある。徒歩５分ぐらいのところに銭湯もある（温泉）。天文館へもすぐ。それと、レンタルサイクル？東京などにも最近ある、街が貸出してる自転車。これがすぐ近くにあってこれが以外と便利。桜島へ行くフェリー乗り場の方へも全然行けます。そこに返す場所もある。　ホテルのスタッフも親切丁寧。　部屋はちょっと狭め。所々古さはあるが、清掃はしてくれて清潔。

This hotel is well located near a number of attractions and is easy to get to the station to travel further. The staff were great and the room was comfortable.
