Sad and pathetic
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

The hotel tried giving us a smaller room at first and had to argue to get the correct room. Even water bottles were charged.

The AC in the room was making a lot of noise and eventually had to turn it off and use the place like a non AC room despite paying high rate.

The receptionist at the front desk is also not very helpful. Multiple calls were needed to get basic things sorted.

Absolutely pathetic. Do not go there if you have a choice

Понравилось то что персонал отеля по требованию поменял номер и поменял постельное белье, в целом отель не плохой и персонал отзывчивый, желаю им чуть больше аккуратности и думаю шанс стать отличным отелем ☺ Хорошее расположение от жд станции, недалеко от Старого Дели.

Cons:

Не очень новое/чистое белье. Не очень аккуратно убраны лестничные площадки. Наверное не плохо для отелей в этом районе, но уверена что может быть лучше.
