This Property is good but there are lots of areas to improve.
Pros:

Close to New Delhi Railway Station.

Cons:

Main door latch didn't close from inside, so manually I had to lock by just applying kadi. I requested to get it fixed but my request was not attended.

Those who wish to stay here will have to carry their own shampoo, soap and towels. Ideally it should have been part of the facilities.

Booking was for two day stay with family suits(room) but they provided other rooms rather than family suits
First day the Ac was also not working and they changed room but at late night and charged fare for family suits

It's a good place with good food
Pros:

The rooms were clean. The housekeeping staff were friendly. The breakfast was quite tasty. The check-in and check-out process was smooth.
