Lovely hotel in great location in Oaxaca
Pros:

Beautiful building with lovely terrace, plenty of space to relax. Spacious and comfortable room and great location close to historic centre. 24 hour reception and we were allowed to leave our bags on first and last day. AMAZING breakfast and all the staff in the restaurant were so helpful when we needed to leave early for a tour. Also very nice coffee shop attached.

Cons:

Bathroom could be updated and it might be nice if breakfast started a little earlier

Pros:

The building and especially the interior courtyard is beautiful and the breakfast - both food and service - was wonderful. The front desk staff helped me in organizing both my laundry service and a taxi to a nearby village. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel was conveniently located.

Cons:

It was unusual in my experience both working in and staying in mid-range hotels in Mexico that there was a limit to the amount of drinking water provided to guests (one small bottle per day). Unless I'm sleeping in a hammock on the beach, amenities such as drinking water and toilet paper are best included in the room price.

I requested a check out time 45 minutes past the official check-out time that was denied. While neither of these complaints is major, these types of details can make a guest feel accommodated -- and for a hotel at this price level, these types of accommodations should be included.

Pros:

The location. The breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

The property was missing amenities in the room and in common areas. The street noise was loud during fb the night. During my brief two night stay the neighbors dogs were continuously barking in the middle of the night. Apparently, the staff is aware but cannot do anything to stop the noise. I was woken up at 3am the first night and 5am the second night. The entire property was.

Very enjoyable experience, and I recommend this accommodation.
Pros:

It is a wonderful hotel with excellent breakfast and friendly stuff. Very well located for sightseeing.

Cons:

The mattress was a bit too hard for me. I have specific back problems.

Hotel tranquilo y muy agradable, experiencia 100% recomendable
Pros:

La experiencia fue excelente, el lugar y la decoración elegida al detalle, el patio lleno de plantas es muy bonito, el desayuno muy rico y la atención de los meseros extraordinaria, la habitación muy limpia y agradable, la ubicación del hotel es muy buena y la atención del personal fue correcta. Lo recomendaremos sin duda.

Cons:

Únicamente, nos hubiera gustado haber tenido la opción de tomar algo al llegar al hotel por la tarde, ya que llegábamos cansados y con ganas de hacer una pausa pero el bar cerraba pronto.

The location was very convenient relevant to the historical city center sites. The daily breakfast was amazing, one of the best hotel breakfast options we've ever had. Nathan and Brisa did a great job taking care of us every morning at breakfast and we really enjoyed chatting with them. The hotel was very clean and the front desk was very responsive to whatsapp messages. We also appreciate the guide they shared with us

Great Stay
Pros:

Staff is great. Place is beautiful and the area is convenient.

Cons:

The bathroom design is awkward. No place to put your things and the shower makes a mess all over.
