Nice place and great location
Pros:

Great location. Staff was very nice, we had a misunderstanding but it was taken care of, great breakfast , nice property and close to so many things.

Pros:

El patio es precioso y agradecer la amabilidad y el buen servicio del personal del restaurante durante los desayunos. El desayuno es fenomenal! Nos permitieron dejar el equipaje el día que salimos, cosa que hemos agradecido mucho.

Cons:

Las instalaciones de las habitaciones no se corresponden con el precio, son bastantes simples y sobrias. Definitivamente no se equiparan al precio por noche. El primer día estuvimos casi una hora esperando para acceder al cuarto ya que la hora del check-in era a las 15:00. Entendemos que la política del hotel sea así pero si el cuarto esta preparado no tiene mucho sentido estar esperando hasta el ultimo minuto… en general en resto de hospedajes nunca nos ha pasado esto.

El área de closet y lavabo, extraordinariamente pequeños, no me agradó el personal que atiende en los desayunos, aunque los alimentos eran buenos, no regresaría, no lo recomiendo

Pros:

Las atenciones del personal, siempre dispuestos a apoyarnos. Muy limpio y tranquilo, muy bonito.

Cons:

La atención es impresionante, la gente, la atención por teléfono, en persona y los servicios. En cuanto a decoración, precioso el lugar.

El hotel es muy bonito, funcional y con una excelente ubicación para visitar los sitios de interés del centro histórico de la ciudad.

Cons:

El tema del estacionamiento, porque se entiende que está sujeto a disponibilidad y durante nuestra estancia tuvimos que dejar el auto en la calle, no le pasó nada pero si es un poco incómodo el hecho de que te digan que si hay un lugar disponible y luego ya no.

The space is quiet, welcoming and the food is delicious!
Pros:

I enjoyed the food, it really changed our perspective of food and invited us to eat more healthy, the chef is amazing. The entire staff from reception to the kitchen they always greeted you with a smile.

Cons:

The bed couching could be more comfortable, I did ask for extra pillow because I enjoy having more then two pillows, but staff said we couldn’t get more. I was hopping for more accommodations.

We loved the breakfast! Their staff were really kind.

While not overtly elaborate, the rooms are comfy and functional, well maintained and well equipped with all the essentials—the amenities added to a very pleasant stay.

The location is a strong point: it is within walking distance from the main spots in the city centre, yet far enough away to remain quiet and peaceful. There are also several nice places for coffee or drinks in the surrounding areas.

Cons:

The hotel has an agreement with a nearby independent car park, which is very convenient in terms of distance, but it is not covered, so cars can become quite hot during the warmer months.
