よいホテル
Pros:

駅近で、空港までのバスもあり便利です。設備は古いですが、色々気遣いが感じられ、悪い印象はないです。アメニティほかもこれが無いから困ったというものはなく、むしろ他ホテルよりしっかりしていました。歩いて5分強でコンビニもあります。

Cons:

良くない点ではないのですが、不満無しまでもう少しという感じでしょうか…。空港までのバスが予定していた時間のが満席で乗れなく、焦りました。

湯沸しポットが大きかった

Cons:

傘も効かないような大雨の夜に荷物を沢山持って駅から歩いてずぶ濡れになって到着したにもかかわらず、誰も出て来ずカウンター前に来るまで荷物の置き場所すら教えてくれなかった。しかも朝のエアポートまでのシャトルバスサービスについてや、ベッドサイドの空調システムの故障について、私には案内が無かった。加えて、チェックインの際、連絡先が全てprint outされているのにも関わらず、何故か同じ事をその下に書くように言われたが、意味がわからなかった。全体的にフロントクラークのカスタマーサービスレベルが低いと感じた。

非常に快適でよかった
Pros:

部屋が広く温泉がついててご飯が美味しくて朝から元気が出た。またスタッフの方がとても親切だったため過ごしやすかった。

Pros:

空港までのバスがあるのは最高でした。
大型の荷物がたくさんあるにも関わらず大変助かりました。
また、大浴場やサウナがあるのも嬉しかったです。
全体的に清潔でケアが行き届いており、想像以上に満足でした！

大浴場が良かった。浴場用の専用タオルが用意されていて良かった。朝食の内容が良かった。駅からの距離も近くて良かった。
